The “mini-spa” has glass sliding doors, and a motorised roof that can be opened and closed with a click of the remote control.
The Jacuzzi can be used also in the winter (upon request, surcharge).
In summer, the temperature is kept at around 30°/32°. In colder season, the Jacuzzi can be heated up to 36°/38°.

Important: the maximum capacity of the Jacuzzi is 6 people at a time. Careful and respectful use of Jacuzzi is required, so that it won’t be damaged, and so that all guests are able to use it anytime.
The Jacuzzi is cleaned daily and, if misuse makes the hot-tub unusable, the water will need to be changed. However, in this case, it takes a long time to empty, refill and heat it. As a result, it will be unavailable for almost a day. All guests of the villa need to be able to enjoy the hot tub equally, so it's important to use it with care. Thanks for understanding!

The heating was OK & the water was hot. The coffee maker was tiny. Please buy a bigger one. Overall we were satisfied. No WiFi. A necessity in today’s world. Thank you."

In the center of Diano Marina,4 steps from the pedestrian area and 52 from the sea there is a small house, a studio apartment, a cozy shelter, where you can relax, sleep, wash, cook and eat. Here everything is new, elegant and careful.The small studio is in an alley, far from the noise. The space
My wife and I looked after our studio apartment, thinking carefully about how to make it comfortable and beautiful. So we renovated it with quality materials and furnished with quality furniture with Italian design. It is small but very functional. You will have at your disposal sheets and blankets, bath towels, kitchen utensils, pots, plates, glasses etc. There is air conditioning, but if you prefer to keep the windows open, mosquito nets will protect you from insects. For the winter there is heating. The sofa bed is double and is as big as a standard double bed. You can lay out beach towels or laundry without having clutter, thanks to the long wires placed outside the window. Nothing is missing: tranquility, comfort, elegance and proximity to all services. It is suitable for up to two guests.

Guest access
From the small iron gate that is on the street you enter the carrugio (typical Ligurian alley) inhabited by green plants and in a few steps you reach the door of the small building. This location guarantees silence and tranquility. The stairs (there is no elevator) lead to the studio, which is located on the second and last floor.

Other things to note
The apartment is in a strategic position: very close to the sea and the beaches and very central: you cross the street and you are already in the tree-lined pedestrian area with all the services: shops, cafes, restaurants, banks, supermarkets. The marina is 100 meters away. In the surroundings there are free parking lots.

We have 2 bedrooms and kitchen on the second floor, with livable balconies.

Our building is located in a very nice place surrounded by the green of the hills where it’s possible relaxing and meanwhile near enough the seaside which is just far 800 metres, you can also reach the downtown in just 10 minutes on foot

Edera flat is a one-roomed flat which can host till 2 people, it’s at the second floor of our farm holidays, despite the fact that it is the smallest flat between the others it’s very well furnished and lovely, it is composed by a large living area with sofa bed and satellite tv, kitchen provided with a dishwasher, and a bathroom with washing machine and shower unit, it has its own terrace.
