The added bonus of the good sized balcony to the front of the building is brilliant for relaxing and people watching. We stayed during the recent heatwave and it was very hot! However as the bedroom is at the rear of the property the efficient AC ensured a comfortable and relaxing night’s sleep and it was also very quiet with no traffic noise. We were spoilt for choice in the evenings, with such a diverse selection of excellent restauraunts and bars to choose from. Maurice and Cambell were excellent hosts and very helpful and efficient when we had a minor problem with the water heater. This beautiful 95 sq m apartment is on the 2nd floor of a secure gated building, complete with lifts, gardens and swimming pool. In the house there is everithing you need for a holiday. My daughter felt in love with the spices that Helen has in the kitchen. The apartment is very close to the Castle of Juan Les Pins and a pretty park. So you have the choice of locations. Golfe Juan port is full of restaurants and bars plus very expensive Boats! . Walk in either direction and the beaches are full of restaurants where there are views to die for, and you can eat with your feet in the sand. Juan Les Pins is much more lively and has a lot more going on, so much that you will only ever be able to sample a fraction.
Cannes and Nice are close by, a bus runs near by and only costs one Euro wherever you go.
The airport is a 20 minute drive, as is Antibes, Valbonne, Mougin, St Paul de Vence etc . So much to see and do on your door step. Monaco is a 40 minute drive and Italy only 10 minutes further on.
Cannes offer unlimited choice of restaurants and shops. Night clubs and casinos are all very close by.

Transport: A car is not essential as taxi, bus and coach are all available from Nice Airport.

- "We had a chance to spend 2 weeks at the house of M and Mme Tourdes and were amazed by a stylish house and well-kept garden. Still the best thing was not the house itself but welcoming owners who were around but discreet and who were wonderful hosts for us and our little children. - "The property is beautiful and is as described and photographed and is very well equipped. It has great access to the beach and the town of Juan les Pins. The whole complex is very well maintained and safe. The local bus is 2 minutes walk from the complex and we used it to go to Antibes and to connect with the train to Cannes and Nice. Nigel, the manager, was wonderful and did everything he could to make our stay enjoyable. He was excellent at responding to queries before we arrived and was very helpful once there. The swimming pool was big and very clean. It only opens each year around the 20th May so there may not be access for anyone arriving earlier. There were 2 small quibbles: The pillows should be changed as they are too soft and shapeless. The sofa is not comfortable and probably works better as the sofa-bed it is. A very enjoyable holiday and we would highly recommend the apartment."
