'Villa Romane' is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood at a few minutes on foot from the white sandy beaches of Juan Les Pins and the center of Antibes.
The main part of the villa (200 sqm, 4 independant bedrooms with aircon satellite TV and hotel quality beds, 2 bathrooms) can host up to 8 persons. From 9 to 14 persons, or if you need more space, we will rent you one or both of the flats for guests (one is a studio and the other a "two rooms/one bedroom" flat) located at the first floor of the villa. Both flats are independent (separate staircase and entrance) and communicate with the main part through the garden. Both have air conditioning, satellite TV, their own equipped kitchen, bathroom, toilets and terrace.
The price includes the pool heating at 26°C from early May to End of June and from early September to mid October. It is possible to get the pool heated outside of these periods for an additional price.
Please note :
1/ We only let the villa to a single group at a time. Then even if you are a small group and you only need the main part of the villa, nor the studio nor the one bedroom flat will be rented nor occupied by anybody else. You will always have the entire privacy of the villa.

2/ The rate which is automatically proposed to you by the system assumes you will occupy the villa as following :
- up to eight persons in the main part
- 9 to10 persons : main part and studio
- 11 to 14 persons : main part + studio + one bedroom flat

3/ If you'd like to occupy the villa differently please ask for a specific quote. For example if you are six or seven persons only but you'd like to have individual bedrooms then it means you need the full villa and not only the main part.

The city of Cannes with its famous 'Croisette' and 'Palais des Festival' is only 20 minutes by car or train (the railway station of Juan Les Pins is at a 5 minute walk). 'Villa Romane' is therefore very well located if you participate in the various events and exhibitions Cannes or need to organize corporate events.
'Villa Romane' is facing south. This exposure will allow you to enjoy the heated pool (the pool is heated from mid-march to end October ) throughout the day.
You will enjoyed the bright and refined atmosphere of 'Villa Romane'. Cote d'Azur is full of activities and sightseeing excursions . You will be located close to the white sandy beaches of Juan- the -pins, where you can enjoy the pleasures of sunbathing and swimming and many water activities such as water skiing, windsurfing, jet ski or rental boats and yachts. The city is bustling during the day but also at night where you can eat in one of the many restaurants or shopping in the evening by taking a ride at the Casino.
Antibes is located less than 10 minutes walk. Antibes hosts the largest marina in Europe with the famous 'billionaires pier' where stands the largest yachts in the world. There is also an old town with its covered market , the Picasso museum and its ramparts dating from the 16th century immersed in the Mediterranean Sea. Less than 10 km , is also the largest water theme park in Europe ' Marineland ' where families can attend performances of orcas , sea lions , sharks or swim with dolphins.
Cannes, Nice and the Promenade des Anglais, Monaco and Saint Tropez are between 10 minutes and 1 hour drive.

The high country is rich in walks and picturesque villages. The villages of Mougins, Gourdon, Tourettes or Saint- Paul -de- Vence located less than an hour's drive have an international reputation and I particularly recommend visiting them.
Still an hour away in the high country , you can go skiing in winter and do a lots of ' nature and discovery ' activities in summer (eg : rafting and canoeing in the Gorges du Verdon , canyoning in the many rivers , hiking in the Mercantour, ...) .

All beds have good mattresses. 1 bathroom with a walk in shower, basin and toilet & separate WC downstairs with basin. There is a washing machine and sofa bed. TV with UK satellite channels and a selection of DVD’s and own secure garage for parking - accessed via electric gate. Accommodation is for 4 or 5 persons. It is ideal for families with 2 - 3 children or couples who wish for a quiet location close to all amenities.

The old town is reachable by foot or by bike. Apart from perhaps doing a larger food shop, you don’t have to use a car in order to have a fantastic stay in the local area. The property: what you would call a townhouse in England, was perfect for our stay. Plenty of room in the communal spaces and the master bedroom was very spacious. The second bedroom works for younger children but would not be suitable for large teenagers or adults (bunk beds). The house has air conditioning upstairs which adequately cools the whole space. The house has everything you need, from an iron to a PS3 (for Netflix/DVDs etc). There are books, games, magazines, films etc. Outside space: the terrace/garden is of a good size but be prepared to fight off the mosquitoes if you have sweet blood. The pool is a great size and fairly deep (deep enough for a diving or bombing competition). We were there for 2 weeks and only shared it with the other residents a couple of times. Practically a private pool! The garage : essential if you want to keep your car looking good in the madness of the Côte d’Azur. This one is huge and has bikes, inflatables etc. that one can use. Altogether a great holiday in a fantastic property, ideally situated near all you could need."

There are several lovely sunny terraces where we were able to relax and have some great al fresco meals. The heated pool and hot tub were both enjoyed by the whole family. We were a party of 6 adults and three children (from seven months to three and a half years) and it accommodated us all very well. The cots, high chairs and buggies were great for the younger members of the party. The villa is located within a fifteen minute walk to the centre of Juans les Pins, ten minutes to the beach and five minutes to a very good supermarket. It is convenient for shops and restaurants. The train station is a fifteen minute walk for trains to places along the coast, Cannes, Antibes and Nice, or a bit further afield. There’s also a road/tourist train to Antibes which was enjoyed by both adults and kids. We had a really wonderful stay and would very much recommend the villa and the great hosts."
