Located on the heights of Les Issambres, this 5* villa has an incredible panoramic sea view over Saint Tropez and its bay (which can be admired from the terrace, swimming pool, living room, bedroom, garden)

Very sunny with its south south west exposure, this villa of 140 m2 and a plot of 1200 m2 is located in a quiet cul-de-sac.

The villa can accommodate 8 people with its 4 bedrooms:

- the masterbedroom with its double bed, its bathroom and its WC

- two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds) and a bathroom and a toilet

- a 4th independent bedroom (accessible from the garden) of 20 m2 with a double bed, TV, a bathroom and a WC.

With its open kitchen (aesthetic, functional and very well equipped), the living room opens, through a large bay window with brick partition, onto a very large terrace overlooking the bay of Saint Tropez.

The terrace overlooks a private swimming pool of 8.5 X 4 meters. The swimming pool is maintained and cleaned weekly and can be made safe for children. The swimming pool is heated from the beginning of March until the end of November. For the bravest, know that the swimming pool is equipped with a counter-current swimming system.

You can relax in the sun on the sunbeds on the various terraces of the villa or in the shade under a magnificent hut. In the wooded garden, you can play boules on the pétanque court and table football.

To relax, the villa has a 5-seater outdoor jacuzzi with sea view (operates all year round). The jacuzzi is cleaned and maintained weekly by a professional. The water is changed for each new tenant.

To reach the property require a steep drive so driving confidence is required. Boat to visit St Tropez is only a 10 minute drive from the house.
