Winter and summer, rainy or sunny days, the villa is full of light and joy ! The impression given by the open space in the main room is lightness. All the south side is open on the swiming pool area and it feels like being on holiday every day of the year. We love being in the country side and yet so close to town !

You can walk into town in a quiet road, shaded and flat, for bread and croissant in the morning or races of the day or the evening restaurant.
The villa is in a dominant position with a beautiful panoramic countryside and a small sea front view. Despite the "proximity" of the city, the environment is very countryside, green, airy, clear and calm. The azure sky in front of your eyes and out of sight. He or not overlooked. The beach at Cagnes is 5 miles away we rarely miss an evening stroll along its lovely new prom. Nice is 20 mins away and Cannes takes about 30-40 mins. There are many other lovely spots along the coast, we love Villefranche and Golfe Juan. Of course Antibes and Juan les Pins are less than 20min away. Wherever you drive to from Vence, the scenery is stunning. Visit St Paul de Vence and Grasse. Or just drive up the mountain. Another day trip would be to Monte Carlo or San Remo over the border.

Distances:
The centre of the wonderful old bustling market town of Vence is only 1000m away. The Cite Historic is absolutely charming. There are many restaurants, bars, food shops, clothes shops and a bi-weekly market. There are also many art galleries. One of favourite spot could be the terrace of the Brasserie Victoire, on the main square, where you can sit and watch the Real Provence go by over a glass of Provencal wine.

The house and gardens are in excellent condition throughout and were completely refurbished. Villa Mes Nuits Blanches was constructed in the local style about 40 years ago for a local baker and his family (hence the name). Approximately 5 minutes drive from the centre of the town {Vence} in a semi rural area with lovely panoramic views of the old town and surrounding hills and mountains beyond. The house had been built with a separate apartment on the ground floor which now has been integrated into the villa by internal and external staircases and makes it very suitable for two families sharing {same let} as there are two fully fitted kitchens, one up and one down. The pool is situated in a lovely position with electric covers for safety.
We have SKYplus+ TV in the up stair lounge and SKY TV in the downstairs lounge offering all UK channels plus premium channels.

- "When we first arrived at the villa we were amazed at the size, and gorgeous exterior. Upon opening and entering we were blown away by the high quality decor and the detailing in every room. The living room being my favourite room of the house, down to the cleanliness and size. Being a family of 8 it was nice to have some seperate space with the upstairs and downstairs both having kitchen and living areas. The pool and garden areas were just stunning the pictures speak for themselves, even though the pool was a salt water pool it is nothing like the sea, you can barely taste the salt and the temperature of the pool is perfect!! Especially when it is so hot outside. The location of the villa was great, within 20-30 minutes drive of big towns nice, cannes etc and then 10 mins to the train station to visit the likes of monaco and towns further afield. Even closer you have the smaller less touristy but typical french towns Vence, St Paul De Vence, Tourettes etc - all definitely worth a visit as they are gorgeous. The villa is perfectly located for days out, we took part in canyoning with les geckos at 'Gorges de loup' 30 minutes from the villa, and also took part in lake sports at 'lac de st cassien' an hour away. All in all, this villa is perfect for whether you want to lay around the pool all day, or explore the gorgeous french riviera, i definitely hope to return one day! Thankyou!"

The villa is easily reachable and centrally located. Subsequently it forms the ideal basis to explore and enjoy what the Cote d’Azur has to offer: beach (10 min), charming cities (Nice and its airport 20mins), Antibes 20 min, Cannes 40 mins, Monaco, Menton, and Italy are all within easy driving distance including the nature famous Gorges du Verdon as well as Gorges du Loup, 15 min, Col de Vence 25 min, Mercantour National Parc 1 h, The Gorge du Verdon is 11/2 h away and is a wonderful experience to see the interior and the mountains. When you arrive at the Gorge there is the Lac St Croix and the town of Moustiers-Sainte-Marie which is renowned for their Faience pottery. Nearby are the fabulous lavender fields which is a wonderful experience of Provence. Wonderful restaurants abound and also the vineyards of rose and wonderful white and red wines.

Off the coast of Cannes is islands which can be visited by boat. Visit the monastery on Saint-Honorat, with a shop and also there is a restaurant on the island.

Vence hosts le Nuit du Sud which has become a wonderful event for music lovers of all kinds and you can watch the concerts from the comfort of the restaurants. Nearby is the village of Saint Paul de Vence,5 mins which is probably one of the most visited on the Riviera, with lots of artists, shopping and restaurants. Monaco is a short distance away and is famous for many events including music and art.

Art and culture lovers should visit saint Paul de Vence, Foundation Maeght, the Picasso Museum in Antibes, the Chagall, Renoir and Matisse museums outside of Nice.

- "This property is back in the back of a neighorhood in Tourettes sur loup but very close to Vence for shopping. In France if you are a U.S. driver you need to rent a car, this is necessary because of where it is.....but. it was a fun place with an expression on outdoors. Behind the property is a hiking trail that has workout equiptment along the path. If you are into hardcore biking, this place would be ideal as you are up in the mountains. It has a washer and dryer and good internet connection. Patrick is a patient host as I had a few issues figuring out how to work things. Overall it was a very good experience."
