The pool is amazing, the terraces and patios facing the pool are great, the only suggestion I would have is to book a room with extra beds since sleeping on a sofa bed is not exactly ideal. This beautiful cottage, situated within the grounds of a villa overlooking its garden and pool is 5 minutes walk to the town of Vence and 10 minutes walk to the historic old city with its cafes, restaurants, markets and culture.

It is 25 minutes drive from Nice airport and ideally situated for easy access to the whole cote d'azur from Monaco to St Tropez and back to mountains and ski resorts and within easy reach of beaches, golf, walking paths etc.

It is detached, self-contained and air-conditioned and has a downstairs living area, with sky TV and DVD, a well equipped kitchen including washing machine, oven, microwave etc and a shower room with toilet, all newly decorated and finished to a high standard.Upstairs is a spacious mezzanine bedroom with a double bed.

Towels, beach towels, bed linen are all included, also most other things you might need eg tennis racquets, golf clubs, beach gear etc - just ask.

The cottage has private parking right outside the door. It is south facing, with French doors opening onto a mature garden with olive trees, traditional and gas barbeques, and pergola dining area. The pool is salt water and measures 8 metres by 4 metres, and is shared only occasionally by the owners.

In winter it is well heated and a good centre for skiing (the nearest resort 40 mins), hiking, Nice Carnival etc and 5 mins walk to the regular bus services to Nice, which cost just 1.50 Euro.

Strictly no smoking inside, and unfortunately we cannot accept children or pets.
