The lounge is bright and airy and it has a large dining table in there also. The kitchen is modern and really well equipped, giving you everything you need to make meals if you want to. It has 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet, and all of them are modern and super clean. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer which is great and an outdoor airer on the balcony. Oh my goodness the balcony! It's huge! And the views are incredible. You can sit and watch the world go by on the street below, see the horse racing at the race course - and they do a firework display afterwards on the nights they have racing, which is fabulous to watch! Sitting on the balcony you can see the sea and right the way round the bay, it's truly a wonderful place to spend time. We had breakfast on the balcony every day and some evening drinks and food on the nights we didn't go out. The bedroom is very clean and spacious and very comfortable, we slept well every night. Honestly there is not a single bad thing to say about this apartment, it's perfect. Location wise couldn't be better. It's about 6 miles outside of Nice centre, we used e-bikes most days which are fab! And it's walkable to the train station, which means you can get everywhere really easily. 10/10! Highly recommend. - "In one word fantastic! This is appartement feels brand new modern decorated at a top location. From the outside it may need an uplift but the inside is great, all facilities included, kitchen, airco, nice bathroom and extra toilet. In the morning sunshine on the balcony, the view of the palm tree, the beach and the sea in just 20 meters is so nice. The transfer from airport is only 10 minutes by car. Public transport or rent a bike also close by. The bakery around the corner, supermarket on walking distance and a boulevard with lots of restaurants both left and right . The host Josiane is very helpful and gave us tips about the area, and we could ask her anything during our stay. We will come back next year!"
