We would recommend hiring a car, so as to enjoy all that the French Riviera has to offer, but Eze Village is just a ten minute walk, where there is a regular bus service between Nice, Beaulieu and Monaco. The access ramp leading to the basements (and therefore to the garages) is narrow. All cars can go down but you have to be patient with the big cars because there will be some maneuvering to do. If you rent a car during your stay, I recommend Volkswagen "POLO" or "Golf" cars. The Mercedes city car also descends very well without much difficulty. The smaller your car, the easier it will be to get down to the basements.

IMPORTANT: the garage is THE only parking solution in the residence! Parking along the entrance is strictly forbidden and well stipulated on the walls! The space
This 2 bedroom apartment, located on the garden level, fully air-conditioned, has everything you need for a memorable stay. On a generous and bright surface, it includes:

The residence has a beautiful infinity pool, which seems to blend into the horizon and extend directly to the sea. Reserved for residents and Airbnb tenants, this pool is a great place to relax. You will find comfortable sunbeds, as well as a side table for your books, drinks or other accessories needed to sunbathe with peace of mind. A true oasis of peace where water blends with the infinity of the Mediterranean Sea.

You will also enjoy a parking space in a double box in the basement, for extra comfort.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property with its private underground parking space and the use of the infinity pool, with respect for the neighborhood and residents.

We provide a welcome kit as in hotels (shower gel sample, shampoo, moisturizing milk, soap).

Bed linen is included (house sheet, pillowcases + duvet cover).

A roll of toilet paper is provided for stays <7 days. Two rolls of toilet paper will be provided for stays of +7 days.

Salt, pepper and sugar in individual packets are available in the apartment.

We do not provide products such as cleaning products, laundry detergent, oil and vinegar for the entire stay.

My apartment is located at the entrance of the wonderful medieval village of Eze, between Monaco and Nice, on the French Riviera.
From its windows there is an amazing view on the Mediterranean sea, but also on the gardens of « La Chèvre d’Or" (the Golden Goat - « Relais et Chateaux ») and on the heart of the village.
It is on the first floor of a house.
