Large (45 m2) and elegant studio, very bright in all seasons, located in one of the most beautiful old palaces "Belle Epoque" in Menton: It is ideally located in the city: at the heart of everything and at the bottom of a park in seafront, with a very nice view of the sea and the garden.
The building has two entrances, one on the sea side, exactly on the seaside promenade, at the bottom of the garden, and another, on the city side, in the center of all shops. (Daily halls, Carrefour city, Naturalia, bakery voted best bakery in the Southeast, pedestrian streets, etc.)
The apartment has just been completely refurbished and fitted out in the best possible way to provide it with maximum comfort and facilities because we want our tenants to be happy. There is a large bed (180x200), with a very good bed, a desk with WIFI, a large flat screen. All the furniture is new.

To park, there are two paid underground parking lots, one at 150m, the other at 300m.

However, in Menton and the region, it is really possible to do without a car. If tenants arrive by train or plane, we are used to pick them up by car at the SNCF or bus station.

A car is not essential. From the apartment one can easily walk to any part of Menton & even to Italy (about 35 minutes walk to the border).

Menton has great transport links. The property has easy access by train to either Italy or Monaco and Nice. The location requires residents to either be in good walking condition or have their own car to be in use. Down to the village is only about 1.6 km but a very steep route on foot down and of course the journey back steeply back. Our walking condition really rose during the holiday week."
