• PRIVATE KITCHEN with electric stove. Please clean the area after use & wipe the electric stove.
• PLEASE DISPOSE and SEGREGATE TRASH PROPERLY.
• ROOMS: All 2 bedrooms are AIRCONDITIONED. Please turn off lights & aircon when not in use.
• BATHROOMS: All 2 BATHROOMS with MIRROR, HOT & COLD SHOWER & BIDET. Please do not throw tissue and napkins in the toilet bowl.
• LOUNGE AREA / SOFAS are provided.
• BALCONY WITH MAYON VOLCANO VIEW. Please keep this clean at all times.
• COOKING: Cooking is allowed FOR FREE with no extra charge. Basic kitchen cookware is available. Please do not leave dirty dishes in the sink, dining & kitchen area.
• WE DO NOT HAVE TELEVISION and SWIMMING POOL.
• NO TOILETRIES PROVIDED.
