The space
The room is spacious and clean. The veranda on the right side of the building and at the roof deck has the best view of the Mt. Mayon Volcano. Rooms at the ground floor building designated for Seniors and PWDs.

Very accessible to public transports. The property is located 12km from Mt. Mayon volcano danger zone. Very relaxing and homey place to stay.

Guest access
The guest has access to roof deck for the perfect view of Mt. Mayon Volcano. Couch found on the stairs landing can be used to chill, meditate, pray, read books and play board games. For a minimal cost of Php200 per day of use, guest can cook in the kitchen and dine on the roof deck. Roof deck is also a place to hang dry clothes for a good sunlight and air. Laundry machine is available at Php100 per day of use. Car parking space is free and safe. Wifi is a complimentary.

After 10 PM is quite hours. Do not make loud sounds that may distract other guests. Please advise our caretakers and/or security guard on duty when you leave the place and what time are you coming back. Always lock the door. Do not leave valuables inside the parked vehicle. Register at the front desk. Outside visitors are not allowed. Surrender the room keys and TV remote control when you check-out.
