The building and walls are not sound proof - so it's not totally quiet, but luckily the area is relatively quiet, so wasn't too bad for nairobi. The property is quiet, surrounded by nature and 100 foot trees all around so it gives you a nature immersion vibes. You will wake up to the sound of birds chirping and occasionally see monkeys in the tree tops or walking around the neighborhood.
