We asked the front desk if they would fix it on two different occasions. They said that they'd send someone to fix it the next day, both times. This never happened the entire two weeks of my stay. The day time security and cleaning staff were really good. However, the cleaning ladies did throw away a few things I didn't want thrown out. "

I only stayed because I couldn’t find another place nearby, but thankfully, I’ve now found a cheaper and much cleaner option. As a seasoned traveler, this was by far my worst experience. I’m shocked that Hotels.com would list a property like this without proper vetting. "
