The sink and washing washing machine had mould all over and this makes one doubt the cleanliness of the towels and and beddings washed in it. Considering the size of the property, 15 units of electricity was not enough for 3 nights yet there was 9 of us in the property. Wifi was selective on some phones. Water dispenser was not replenished. You need to consider the size of the family before rationing some of this things yet we paid per size of the group."

The servicse at the hotel was so bad. Getting something to eat was zero, we place order from the kitchen and for hours we did not get anything to Eat, we had to go outside the hotel in search of KFC restaurant to get something to eat. Good beddings, furniture, nice environment but not good for tourist because its difficult accessing transportation. No towel, No toiletries, no breakfast as promises. I will never book this place for myself anymore talkless of recommending it to clients. Then for your information, is just a Four bedroom Apartments where all occupants of each room shared a common sitting room and dinning. Verdict:- Nice apartment but very bad management. I will never recommend this apartment to anyone. "

- "A great find! The room was spacious and well maintained, the host was lovely, and it was a close walk to numerous stalls with a variety of goods and amazing fresh produce. Having a kitchen allowed me to stay in if I wanted, but the apartment was also close to bars and restaurants. There is a close-by bar that plays loud music, but not super late, and I actually liked hearing the local music. The people I met were so friendly! And really, the host was very accommodating and responded to questions quickly."

- "1/2 of the stove top gas burners worked., The oven would turn on my itself. The toaster would normally burn the toast no matter the setting. Plenty of pot’s & pans but no lids. The fridge ( freezer) would maintain enough cold to keep the food from going bad. The apartment would sleep 6. We had 3 forks & spoons but no dinner knives. All of this negative being said; the place is undercharging. The rooms are large and the showers are OK. If management would update all the appliances it would make a good family vacation. "

- "Do NOT stay here. My taxi driver did not want to drive me to this hotel ad it is in the old part of Mombassa. I insisted. I did not realize this hotel had a 10 pm arrival deadline when i booked. I emailed the hotel and called them 4 times to let them know i would be arriving late. They never replied but did hang up the phone once when they answered without speaking with me. I was not able to access this hotel"
