As a smoker myself, I make sure to look for accommodations with a balcony where smoking is allowed only on the balcony with the door closed so the unit doesn’t not smell. I would recommend staying here if you want to be within walking distance of the Dubai Mall and if you’re not sensitive to the smell of cigarettes in your living area. "

Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts, and hotels. The Neighborhood

FIVE is located in one of the fanciest areas in Dubai, Palm Jumeirah, which is home to some of the most luxurious spots in Dubai.

Getting around

There is a monorail service that runs from Atlantis to the front Gates of the palm where you can jump on the Dubai Tram and Metro for access beyond. RTA taxis are at plenty on The Palm and Uber is widely used throughout the Emirate.



You also have to try Dubai’s Speedboat tour which will take you on a magnificent tour across The palm and the Marina.



AlNakheel Mall is a short drive away from the building where you will find all the shops that you might need and also there is a nearby Spinneys Market to get all your essentials easily.

- "We stayed for a week in January, and would happily stay again. First, regarding the location it takes you a day or two to get oriented as the complex is at the north east end of the JBR walk. I won't name the complex, but you can also figure it out from the outdoor pictures. There is a nice high-end supermarket - Grandiose -, along with a Carrefour located steps away. The courtyard area is great for children and is away from traffic, etc. Once on the JBR Walk, you are steps away from Cafe Bateel and a variety of other Cafe's and eateries. The beach is 15 mins away, where you will also find an Arabica (highly recommended). I would also like to mention stopping at nearby "Bake My Day - Dutch Bakery" where you can get some delicious Moroccan dishes. As to the unit itself, we found the beds very comfortable, and the unit quite spacious as advertised. We did run into some hot water issues at times, and also the pressure could have been greater. We did not use the Tubs as it would have taken some time to fill, and did not seem so sturdy. It would have been nice also to have some flatscrees in both of the Main bedrooms, so that others would not be disturbed during late night viewing. The kitchen was nice, but I would suggest getting rid of the non-stick pans, which were showing wear and scratches. A stainless steel set would have been preferable. Also, a real espresso machine would be a nice addition. Thank you."

The living space contains a sofa to seat more than four people with an accompanying lounge chair, a wall mounted TV, and a dining table to seat six. Guests are treated to a fully furnished balcony with both formal seating and sun loungers. The kitchen features stunning marble counter-tops and splashboard with dark wood cabinetry, that comes fully equipped with all necessary appliances to include a toaster, kettle, and coffee machine for your convenience.



Master Bedroom

The master bedroom offers a generous well-lit space, furnished with a premium King-sized bed dressed in top-end bedding and bedside tables with lamp lighting. Guests will have access to a built-in wardrobe for all of their holiday essentials and more. The en suite bathroom is equipped with a plunge-tub, double basins and a large walk-in shower unit and a separate toilet unit along with a well-lit mirrors and ample space for toiletries.

Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts and hotels. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.
