As in, I do not have a single complaint (other than not being able to find the decadent shower gel available in the property, but I'm hopeful I'll eventually locate it!). Categories: Property: There were ladies on this trip to Dubai so we obviously want to have a very decadent vacation. This honestly felt like the most luxurious venue I have been to in my life! The 4 bedroom house has an elevator, is right on the beach, and is gorgeously decorated. We had access to every amenity imaginable and were located right beside the pool at the Five Hotel, in addition to our own property pool. Everything was spacious - wide, long balconies in every bedroom, glamorous bathroom fixtures, just loveliness. Even better than a hotel, we had access to both a butler and housekeeper to ensure our daily experience exceeded our expectations. Chami and Raj proactively assessed our needs, provided detailed descriptions of amenities, and made the entire checkin/checkout process painless. Any and every request was exceeded - I am in awe of the kindness that accompanied the execution. Five Hotel: Wonderfully decorated, trendy, modern hotel with a prime location on Palm Jumeirah. The hotel has a cool pool design and tasty restaurants (and currency exchange, vape store, etc.) that you'll have access to. Like all of Dubai, everyone is extremely polite and thoughtful. Communication with Host: Hands down, this was the best part of the stay. Bert and his team with Holiday Homes (Chami and Raj) are some of the kindest, most thoughtful, consummate professionals I have worked with in the entirety of the time I have been traveling. At 11PM someone showed up without any previous introduction to collect deposit. Although he was very nice and polite, we were shaken a bit. the security is a big issue as it is very inconsistent and sometimes our guest waited 30 minutes before they could get in. you have to provide a copy of passport for yourself and all your guests even the locals who are visiting you. some cars could get in without any stop and some went through a lot of stops and delays. The only way to get any services is to call. Even though they say texting is the best way, they take a day before you get response. the neighborhood is great. the pool is warm. The Vila is big and nice. Overall we were very happy"
