Great little cozy room upstairs, with shared bathroom, for reading time with offer small table and chair , also some great book for reading time , quiet room for meditation , or just for rest with a great comfortable bed .Kitchen area available, dining table as well remember it is a shared space . Patio also . Not living room area , not use fire place . Thanks 😊

Low Interaction with other , quiet space .Host welcome you at the house , give the key of your room , also tell you about the house rules , and indicated you where you can park . It is only one entry to the house main door , house have back door for the patio , however to entry to the house main door always .

Welcome to your home away from home! This lovely guest house is located on 5+ acres of the peaceful countryside. This guest house boasts a welcoming ambiance where you can feel relaxed at home.

The space
The guest house comes with two large bedrooms, a large dinning table that can fit up to 6, and a 3 piece bathroom. Comes with a small desk, a full size refrigerator with a freezer, toaster oven, and pantry area to store food, or other needs. Has a full counter with a large sink. The two bedrooms come with two queen beds.

Other things to note
Note
- The guest house bedrooms have extra room for play pens, or extra blow up mattresses or cots. Bring your own , and bedding if you need an extra sleeping area.
- There are barn cats located on the property. Please be careful when pulling in and out of our driveway.
- There is a chance of also seeing moose, and deer and other wildlife. You may hear the coyotes.
- It’s an awesome place for a get away, cell phone signal is sporadic.
- We are only located 25 minutes from the town, if you needed anything.

"Welcome to Serenity in Sylvan, your peaceful getaway just minutes from the beach. This self contained walkout basement suite is located as a part of the hosts property. We have 2 security cameras (Front/Back) Although overall property is shared, your privacy is paramount.
NOTE: When you are our guest here, everything shown is NOT SHARED with anyone else (including your hosts).
We want folks who are looking for a quality stay where a Hottub is a nice add, not locals targeting a Hottub. Thankyou

We are only a 5 min drive to the beach in a quiet part of town. If you are looking to escape the noise, relax, look no further.
PLEASE NOTE: This suite is a sectioned off walkout basement portion of the Hosts house. Your privacy is paramount but please understand that we have 2 security cameras, front and back of the house.
Private parking, fire pit, huge deck with Hot Tub, dedicated WiFi, Roku 50" TV, games, DVD Player with DVD's, Fireplace and an Air Jet Tub. This is your place. This is Serenity in Sylvan.
