- "Perhaps it's my fault for not reading the initial listing for Guest House 32 closely enough, but I was unaware the toilet and shower were shared. The Expedia listing is confusing because it clearly states: "Extra conveniences in all rooms include: Rainfall showers and hair dryers". Yet my room did not include a shower or a toilet and was right across the hall from the single shared toilet. They had a sign at the front desk declaring a no noise policy from 10 pm to 8am, yet straight upon my arrival, Radoslav informed me that a young group of British alcohol tourists would be arriving for the weekend and that it would probably be unpleasant. I had just arrived from a long flight from southern California and was exhausted, so I was in no position to decline my reservation and go look elsewhere for another lodging. But having to deal with the constant noise from the slamming of the toilet door right across the hall from me made for an unbearable and sleepless night. Guest House 32 should come up with a plan to implement its no noise policy for the benefit of all guests. There were 2 televisions inside my room, but they did not work. I brought it to one of the caretakers' attention, and was informed that the television programming would be turned on the next day. That never happened. Guest House 32 is an otherwise very centrally located lodging, but if you require your own private bathroom and peace and quiet, you should consider other options."

- "The images of the room are not the room you'll receive, nor is the room a deluxe room; it is a standard room with no balcony. If you have your heart set on the room in the pictures, you're going to be disappointed. The room we had was a bit tired, with poor grouting and finishing in the bathroom. You are not booking a deluxe room in hotel moura, the name of the hotel on this site is 'Hotel Moura Deluxe Room'. It's a shady tactic, and they clearly know they're taking advantage of people's expectations in a manner beyond rebuke and you are technically getting the room you reserved. It's just not the room you'd expect from the pictures. This is clearly some kind of swindle they've been at for some time as we weren't the only people to speak to the extremely indifferent and borderline rude reception staff about this (the other people that did so had contacted the hotel multiple times in advance of arriving to reserve a deluxe room, and appeared to have been stiffed worse than us). Otherwise, the hotel itself is pleasant and stylish. The breakfast has an excellent range of foods and the spa is good (however one of the hot tubs is questionably slimy on the wood). Decent location for ski lift distance and cheap prices. Death trap elevator with an open front though, so watch your kids. Following my experience at this hotel however, I would not go back, and would not recommend booking here."
