Being from the same industry i did appreciate the unbeatable combination of a very comfortable bed, tv with smart view, rainfall shower, scrumptious breakfast with great cofee, beatiful spa and the warm smiles of all the employees eager to help you at any moment. There are policies that are a bit unusual and i havent experienced in other hotels prior but they were no issue once explained.Front desk staff is with excellent communication and customer service skills. English is spoken throughout. The gym and spa area are immaculate with an on call masseurs. The property is located next to a great forest/park, one of the oldest in Sofia and it will take you 30 min to downtown if youre willing to have an adventure. Excellent for traveling with pets.
