A charming, spacious house situated within walking distance to La Sud beach and Central Hossegor which offers various sleeping arrangements. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden, outdoor patio and barbeque area and shower (perfect for rinsing off after a swim or surf).

The space
The house is perfectly located, a brisk 3 minute walk to the beach. It boasts a large, lush garden, ideal for al fresco eating, relaxing and reading a book, or enjoying open fire cooking on a warm Summer evening.
The layout is made up of two story’s. There are 3 light and bright double rooms upstairs, 2 with balconies. These rooms share a modern bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
There is a family style room downstairs with twin beds and a single bed. There is a single toilet adjacent to this room and an easily accessible outdoor shower.
The neat kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and is interleading onto a comfortable living room which opens up onto the outside area, perfect for relaxing and watching TV and listening to music.
