Nice room in Piraillan in a house under the pines. The bedroom has a 1m40 bed, overlooking the trees, and often the squirrel show. A wardrobe, dresser, and small table.
You are a 15-minute bike ride to the Ocean, a 5-minute walk to the Bassin and a 3-minute walk to the market and its children's playground.

The space
You have the kitchen to prepare your breakfast and the shaded terrace where you can sit facing the garden. The garden is mostly enclosed, which is very safe for both children and pets.
The bathroom is shared, bath towels are provided, cleaning is done in the common areas several times a day.

in the East Wing of the Villa Concorde, situated in a calm part of the Ferret, but within a 12 minutes walk of all amenities and beaches, the Blue House is a 45 sq meter independent apartment/house entirely renovated in 2017 in a Basque style. sleeps 4 persons with a master bed room and a double bed in the living room. It also has a baby bed and changing table.

Enjoy the unique environment of the Cap Ferret peninsula from Villa Concorde perched on a dune at the heart of Cap Ferret. Minutes away from the bay of Arcachon and the Atlantic Ocean. During the day there is plenty of sun shine and in the evening a cool breeze picks up.
Villa Concorde is situated in at the center of Cap Ferret in a calm, but lively neighborhood. Neighbors are generally nice. The villa is close to all amenities: two small super markets, a bakery, the Post Office and the local market for fresh produce. Frédélian, for tasty pastries and Lucine for fresh fish; several ice cream shops and restaurants are all within walking distance.
Further away, but a short drive you will find Patachou at Petit Piquey which offers excellent ice cream and wonderful desserts! Don’t forget to stop at the Coperative Maritime (Grand Piquey) on your way back, where you can find a good selection of Saint James or Royal Mer Pullovers. Discover many artists expositions in the different villages along the bay.
Villa Concorde, in general and the Blue House especially is an ideal place for a couple or parents with young children, wishing to spend a quite relaxing vacation or to discover Cap Ferret.
