The space
The two rooms are separated by a long hallway serving on one side the walk-in bathroom and, on the other, the separate toilets. Halfway between cottage and guest rooms because I live upstairs. It is perfect for people who appreciate conviviality; exchanges are fluid, open and warm. Laughter and anecdotes often punctuate the stay!

Guests have access to the yard, terrace, BBQ, patio, pool, garden.

Jumping and diving in the pool is prohibited.
Linens to be paid on site (€15) include sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, one towel per person and shower mat. Any additional towel is orderable for €2 more.
No cleaning fee is charged in advance; I count on guests to leave the accommodation in a decent condition. Only guests have access to the accommodation and pool; it is impossible to bring a stranger into the property.
Bookers must be the guests who show up; no booking for a third party.
The necessary items are provided for the day of check-in (shower gel/toilet paper). Guests then do their food and hygiene shopping.

Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, close to the city center of Agen with all amenities (cinema, market, shops, supermarket open until 10 p.m....), our house will offer you comfort, space and practicality in a modern and uncluttered decor. You can also enjoy two large terraces to spend moments outside, quiet and not overlooked. Parking is free.
