The space
In the Prade district, less than a 5-minute walk to Carcassonne city center and 12 minutes to the medieval city, this room with private bathroom, in a 180 m2 guest house, is comfortable.

The entrance hall gives access to the living room, consisting of a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen as well as a dining room, all with an area greater than 70 m2!! Space shared with other guests.

The sleeping area includes 2 bedrooms on the same level, each with their own private bathroom, and two other upstairs suite-type bedrooms also with their own private bathroom each!!

It's up to you to book your room according to your style: baroque, industrial, cocooning or Scandinavian!

The place is wooded, you will enjoy the tranquility and charm.

The pool and land are shared with our family.
We make sure to be discreet and are not always present.

There is no time limit for enjoying the pool.
It is available until the end of October, then it is covered.

You will have 2 deckchairs around the pool, a table and chairs on the terrace as well as 2 rocking chairs.
The ping-pong table is available with its rackets.

There is 1 plancha cooking plate or gas grill in the barbecue area that is on your terrace.

Other things to note
Access to the mezzanine is a little steep but you have a handrail to go up and down.
The bed is very nice, otherwise you have a 160 bench bed with a fairly hard mattress but with an added mattress topper to make it comfortable.
