Hello, my name is Laurence and I live in a large house in Limoux in which I offer for rent an independent room with individual shower room and toilet. It is a 10-min walk to the city center and the train station, in a quiet and pleasant area on the banks of the Aude. Independent access to the room is via a lovely garden.

The space
10 m2 room with a window and a French window overlooking the garden and with curtains and shutters. Equipped with a double bed, a dining table with three chairs, a kitchenette with microwave, kettle and fridge. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. A wardrobe is at your disposal. Sheets and towels are provided. Access to a shared garden terrace with table and chairs.

Relax with the whole family at this place to stay surrounded by vineyards.

The property is in a unique location, with several separate historic buildings.
The estate is surrounded by a park-like property (16 ha).
The private and guest areas are completely separate.
A recording studio and an artist's studio make the courtyard a creative location.

An "island" surrounded by vineyards and nature, which encourages you to relax, to reflect and to be creative.

In addition to several residential units (private and vacation apartments), a recording studio and an artist's studio occupy several of the buildings in the courtyard. So it should be noted that you are probably not alone on the property.

The wooden chalet includes a cozy bedroom with either two single beds or one double bed, a separate bathroom, and a tranquil outdoor area to eat and relax. There’s also a small kitchen with a fridge for simple meal preparation. The surrounding garden is full of flowers, fruit trees, and herbs — a serene setting to unwind and enjoy nature at your own pace. The toilet is eco-friendly, using a composting system in harmony with the natural environment.

Guests are welcome to use the garden in front of the house to sit outside, relax, and enjoy their meals. It's a peaceful space surrounded by nature — perfect for unwinding with a book, a cup of tea, or a sunny breakfast.
