DETAILS OF THE 210 m² COTTAGE:
- Large living room of over 60 m², with fully equipped kitchen and central island, living/dining room, sofa, and TV area opening onto the south terrace. This beautiful room offers views of the City, the pool and the Pyrenees, as well as the neighboring vineyards and the city of Carcassonne
- 6 suites with king-size beds (180cm), 1 private bathroom for each suite
- 1 TV room with large sofa, numerous board games, and a library
- 4 toilets, including 3 independent ones
- South terrace with bioclimatic pergola for meals with a view of the pool
- North terrace for aperitifs with exceptional views of the City
- Secure pool of 11m by 4m, heated and salt-treated for greater swimming comfort (from April 15 to October 15, we will do our best to heat it before and after, if weather permits that)

- "We had an incredible week at the villa with a group of friends and our dog! We originally had a reservation already for early summer 2020 but we all know how that turned out. We were so happy that it finally happened in 2022 and we could continue our years-long tradition of spending a week at a villa somewhere in Europe. And what a villa it was! It knocked our previous ones right out of the park. Pretty much everything was perfect and the views are second to none. It will be a challenge to find a matching, let alone better place for next year! Or maybe we'll just stop looking and come back :)"
