You will have access to the kitchen and dining room if you wish. A washing machine is available for your use if needed. A spot on the fridge for your groceries. Just ask.

During your stay
You can enjoy one bedroom in a recent villa. A second bedroom is available if you come with family (more than 2 people) . Its quiet neighborhood will delight you. Shower room with a walk-in shower. We’re a retired British couple (bilingual in French and English) offering our comfortable spare bedroom in a well-kept house located in a quiet, picturesque village surrounded by vineyards – yet only 10 minutes by car from the centre of Carcassonne. The location offers easy access by road, rail, or bus.

Our home is tastefully decorated with tiled floors, cosy rugs, and quality furnishings. The bedroom features a double-glazed window with an electric blind, and is heated with an electric radiator for your comfort. The house also benefits from a modern air-to-air heat pump system that provides central heating and cooling. Well insulated and thoughtfully equipped, this is a peaceful and comfortable place to stay while exploring the beautiful region of Occitanie.

You have exclusive use of our spare bedroom and free access to all other parts of the house, including toilet and bathroom and kitchen.
