Kitchen has limited utensils and therefore you can't really do much cooking but there is a full size fridge with freezer and microwave and coffee machine. My criticism really is there is no air con and the rooms are really stuffy, particularly the bathroom as ours didn't have a window. The pool area was great but sunbeds are an issue with people reserving them and there's no one to monitor this. I think often the pool is used by non residents and was really busy during our stay. There is nowhere to just sit by the pool on a chair, which I think could be an improvement, just to have some chairs and tables out to sit. There is no bar or place to get a drink, ice cream etc on site. Overall it's a nice place and the people running it were really helpful. "

Unique house built in 1960 by the Cataln arquitectura, J. A Balcells. Renovated in 2014 into a beautiful and modern house on the mountain of Blanes overlooking the bay area.
The location is priveliged, in its own little encove on the mountain, it is right beside the Botanical Gardens and 10 minutes away from Cala Sant Francesc. With its own big infinity swimming pool overlooking the sea it really is a beautiful location.

- "Really enjoyed staying at the villa. The view from bedrooms was breathtaking. Villa has more than enough space for a big family. Pool is gorgeous. View is unbelievable. The only thing I would’ve added is heating for the pool. Not sure how common this is in Spain, but weather in May-June is definitely cooler in comparison with Florida. Blanes is a nice Spanish town with lots to do. Beautiful botanical garden is right next to the villa, beaches are 5-10 min ride depending where you want to go. Parking was plentiful and house was very well equipped. I would definitely stay there again."

The house has been recently renovated, so everything felt fresh, clean, and comfortable. It has a beautiful Mediterranean vibe, with lovely plants surrounding the property and a great location to explore the area. It is exactly as the pictures show or even better! The access to the nearby club with a swimming pool was a fantastic bonus that we all enjoyed. The host was very responsive and kind, with thoughtful hospitality gestures.
