- "Lovely stay, good location for accessing what the island has to offer, be that beach or mountain, descent buffet offering and we loved the hide on the nature reserve out the back of the hotel, each morning we watched kingfishers, marsh harrier and many warblers across the marshland, very beautiful!" - "Gem of a resort! We stayed for a week with family (teenaged children) for a mix of tennis, cycling, and exploring the island. Depending on what you are looking for, this is a great spot. Rent a car and you are minutes to Port de Pollenca or Alcudia - both fabulous for a bit of local shopping and dining. Palma is less than an hour away, and Soller is about 45 minutes. Rooms were large enough, with tons of storage for gear & clothes. Do NOT eat at the resort for anything other than the included breakfast - dinner is over-priced and awful. If you rent a car there is parking, but the spots are super super tight, which was the norm anywhere we went. We were not on the resort much, but the adults only area was nice, and the kids pool looked equally nice (and much bigger). Staff was great, and if you book tennis lessons definitely ask for Simon - fabulous instructor and had great insights on where to eat a visit. And if you cycle, I rented a bike via the hotel website which was fabulous. Cap de Formentor is 15 minutes away, Coll de Sa Batalla was great, and if you have the legs keep going to Sa Calobra. Would absolutely stay here again!"

- "For the price, you can not ask for better. Beds are great. Some of the best sleep i’ve had in a long time. I stayed end of February to beginning of March and it’s like a ghost town 500 meters in every direction. But if you have a car or even a bicycle, it’s a pretty sweet deal. Thank Miguel for all your help. That said, the island is pure magic 🙏" - "Our stay at Serenity by Seaclub (the Adults only part) was great. This place is almost like a small village inside the town. All buildings are 2 level houses which accommodate few rooms. There is plenty of green space between the houses. You have two shops (only one was open as we were there mid October), a gym, swimming pools - 2 for adults only where one of them is heated, there are different activities going on in the main part of the complex as well. We had good and quiet stay. The rooms were tidied up every day and towels changed every 3. There were a safe, bathrobes, slippers ad other small goodies already waiting for us in our room. This was included in the adult packages. The reception personnel were nice and not intrusive. There is 24h cover for reception. Parking spaces next to where your room is were a great addition. We do not know how it looks like in the high season, but in October you could park literally 1 min from your room. The room amenities are sufficient - only a cooker is missing. You get a hob, microwave, kettle, all cutlery and pans. We would gladly come back to this hotel. "

- "We were really happy to stay here, quiet area away from the busy Alcudia beach. The appartement was clean and nice, well equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine. We had a car so easy to get around, but still in reasonable distance to walk with the kids, 4-10 years old, to the beach and back. Recommend to upgrade wifi to premium for better streaming. When we booked the reservation we expected to be choosing a location that was Adult only. The building was a 3 or 4 storey building. Not so. The one they put us in was a 6 storey building and full of kids. I have kids but not on this vacation. We needed to get away from kids. I went to the front desk to see if there had been a mistake and perhaps they had put us in the wrong building. When I mentioned this to the receptionist , she was polite but dismissive. There were 2 women tending to my concern. I mentioned to them we purposely reserved the suite thinking it was an Adult only building. As I was there they would speak in in Spanish . I knew my Ask was not making them happy and perhaps it was because they thought I hated kids. Not the case. We were just looking for quiet or close to it. I politely asked them to please speak in English so that I could understand what they were saying. I had heard them peak english earlier. They both looked at me and continued. I again asked them to speak english but they refused and continued again. I knew I wasn't getting anywhere . We kept the same room and just powered on but I would never stay there again. Other than that the place is very clean and the location is very good."

Beautiful stone country house situated on a 7000m² plot of land in the countryside between Alcudia and Pollenca, which aims to ensure a relaxing holiday with family or friends. This villa is located in the Bonaire, a peaceful residential area near Alcudia just behind the Golf Club Alcanada. It is a very quiet area with a geological mix of sea and the Sa Talaia mountain that overlooks the Bonaire residential area. The area is dominated by mediterranian pine trees with various walking tracks and trails. Most of the coast in the area is rock however there are 3 sandy beaches and beach bar (Malpas, Sant Joan and Morer Vermell) within a 10 min walk. A 5 min walk to El Cocodrilo marina where you can find bars and restaurants and a 15 min walk from historic town of Alcudia. There is also scuba diving available at the marina.
Alcudia is 2km away where you will find a good selection of shops, supermarkets and restaurants and a medical practice open 24 hours.

Master bedroom has french doors leading out to the garden and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has french doors leading out to the garden. Both bedrooms have Super King size beds which can be converted into single beds if necessary. All bedlinen and towels are of Luxury quality. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with American fridge freezer with osmosis water dispenser, Induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, lounge has a dining table for 6, a chaise long sofa for 4, SAT 3DTV, Hifi+internet radio.
The porche at the front of the house has a dining table for 4 persons to be able to dine "al fresco". The house has air-conditioning throughout and has Internet WIFI. There is also a washing machine and dryer available. Parking is not an issue in this area and you can park your car right in front of the house. There are about 10 steps up to the front door with a handrail. If you are looking for peace and quiet for your holiday, this is the place for you to stay..

The beach of Alcudia, a beautiful kilometre beach, is located about 600m and the historic center is about 200m away. Ideal for couples, only tenant or tenant with a minor. I live with my daughter and our cat, her name is Minie. We are very quiet. If you need a guide, here I am to help you and advise the best places.
