This very well-kept and very modern detached holiday home in the southwest of Mallorca has the absolute feel-good factor and is located in an absolutely quiet but central location. The house is only around 50 meters from the Mediterranean Sea.

This house has 3 bedrooms (1x king-size bed and 2x queen-size beds) and 2.5 bathrooms. It is a single use house.

THE HOUSE: The German owners of this holiday home have paid attention to a modern style in both the renovation and the furnishing and implemented it after they bought the house in 2019. You will be greeted by a large living, dining and kitchen area with a new and exclusive Nolte fitted kitchen, which is equipped with all amenities.
The large and bright living area impresses with the absolutely beautiful view of the beautiful tropical pool area and the large terrace area. All bedrooms are bright and friendly and all have their own bathroom (2 bedrooms with bathrooms en suite and a bathroom lying in the hallway area). The house was last completely renovated in 2017. The pool was also redesigned in 2017. The interior and exterior are from 2019/2020. Since the house is used a lot even by the owners, a very high quality and very modern facility was chosen.
The entire house is on one level and is therefore also ideal for seniors. The entire property is fenced and the house is detached.
The house is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood.

All in all, you just want to sit in this beautiful house with a cool drink in your hand on the large terraces and enjoy the view of the beautiful saltwater pool and tropical garden area.

Basically, all bathrooms are equipped with high-quality materials, bright and spacious showers promise a pleasant start of the day.

We settled in straight away, it has pretty much all the amenities you could need, much like being at home. The pool was a good temperature, for info I'm 6'1" the shallow end was about waist height, the deep end I could not reach the floor. We were familiar with the area anyway but there are some nice restaurants just a stones throw away, and a couple of shops including a Spar supermarket 5 min walk. Just a few negatives which did not detract from our stay - some damage to items in the property, I sent photos to Marco as I was concerned we'd be to blame but this was fine. The balcony off the main bedroom has no chairs or loungers which is a shame. And the 4th bedroom downstairs would be better having regular beds in my opinion. Overall a really enjoyable stay, would definitely use again and recommended to friends."

Located in a quite surrounded area during both, night and day periods, even in Summer. It has the benefits of every sort of facilities as beaches, marina bay, golf courses, private clubs, sports, church, medical center, pharmacy, supermarket and various shops, as well as bars and restaurants of different styles and qualities. This villa is located on a cliff facing the West, with fantastic views over the sea from every single bedroom and terrace in the house. This very modern house offers an avant-garde decoration and building concepts as optical cabling, bioclimatic optmization, ... and its architecture and construction is based on minimalistics statements.

The house has an street level entrance where we can find parking place for three to five cars, as well a chill out terrace with massage & hot water bath facilities, plus a hudge full equiped barbequeue & oven-kiln also for solarium and parties, summarizing a total of 500 sq meters. Due to the fact that the entrance remains on the top floor, the villa has an absolute privacy from external viewers. The inside is based on a loft concept, with open rooms and glass decoration items. All shadow roofs are automatic.

As we go downstairs we have the night level, which consists on the port side of two single bedrooms -upgradeable to twin-, one double bedroom, a full equiped gym, and a big bathroom. On the starboard we have the master bedroom of 80 m2, with massaged water bed and two walk-in wardrobes, en-suite twin bathroom, jacuzzi, and inside garden, and Panic Room (never in 10 years had a single use).

Going down again you reach the day level, with an inox decoration kitchen with sitting breakfast place, a washing room, a toilet on the stern, and on the for we have two open study rooms, 2 living rooms and one dining room, pets house , cinema & game space, as well as equiped covered terraces. An elevator from the port terrace ups to the chill out at the level street. Normally it's used for gods and heavy things, but can eventually carry persons.

Again if we go one more floor downstairs, we can find the swiming pool with solarium, and a multipurpose espace with a full equiped spa, winter heated pool & big party room (configurable) of 100 sqm, equiped for parties.

From there onwards several terraces with 300 sq m2tres alkable gardens, which looks like if you where walking by a boat board. Its remarkable the Zen Space in the last terrace, with a twin external bed and stones-ligthed garden.

For reaching the seaside there is an external stair, but has not beach or private deck for boats, because it's on open waters.

- "This was our fist time in Mallorca and we wanted a comfortable house for a family with four teenagers. Let me start by saying that the views from most Rioms in the house are amazing. You feel like you’re on a boat and the sunsets were breathtaking. We slept on the bottom deck several nights. The master bedroom and one other bedroom have great views. Not a ton of privacy in either. The other two bedrooms are really small with twin beds and no view. One son slept in the pool room, but at 6’2”, he was not very comfortable in the tiny roll away. The kitchen has every tool imaginable and we were able to have several dinners in house. We walked to Port Adriano for dinner two night, but be aware of the steep walk home. The bakery is a ten minute walk and we’ll worth visiting.. We had a couple issues while staying there, but the owner responded promptly and remodeled all situations. All bathrooms need to be updated, but the view makes up for it. Great stay! "
