This very well-kept and very modern detached holiday home in the southwest of Mallorca has the absolute feel-good factor and is located in an absolutely quiet but central location. The house is only around 50 meters from the Mediterranean Sea.

This house has 3 bedrooms (1x king-size bed and 2x queen-size beds) and 2.5 bathrooms. It is a single use house.

THE HOUSE: The German owners of this holiday home have paid attention to a modern style in both the renovation and the furnishing and implemented it after they bought the house in 2019. You will be greeted by a large living, dining and kitchen area with a new and exclusive Nolte fitted kitchen, which is equipped with all amenities.
The large and bright living area impresses with the absolutely beautiful view of the beautiful tropical pool area and the large terrace area. All bedrooms are bright and friendly and all have their own bathroom (2 bedrooms with bathrooms en suite and a bathroom lying in the hallway area). The house was last completely renovated in 2017. The pool was also redesigned in 2017. The interior and exterior are from 2019/2020. Since the house is used a lot even by the owners, a very high quality and very modern facility was chosen.
The entire house is on one level and is therefore also ideal for seniors. The entire property is fenced and the house is detached.
The house is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood.

All in all, you just want to sit in this beautiful house with a cool drink in your hand on the large terraces and enjoy the view of the beautiful saltwater pool and tropical garden area.

When you enter the house, the first thing that captivates you is the bright spaciousness of the open room concept - with one special feature: in the middle of the light-flooded room is the modern kitchen with a cozy island and counter. If you choose the master bedroom as a bedroom, you will enjoy a bathroom en suite with a spacious shower and direct access to the large upper terrace, from which the sea is glimpsed. Basically, all bathrooms are equipped with high-quality materials, bright and spacious showers promise a pleasant start of the day.
The entire vacation villa offers maximum comfort. In all rooms and in every season, air conditioning and underfloor heating always offer pleasant temperatures. - "A great location close to local amenities - everything we needed onsite. Perhaps just a little close to the road." - "The villa was amazing! Had every amenity needed and was extremely clean. Close to amenities" - "First impressions when we walked in was "wow!", what a beautiful villa, smelt good, nice and cool throughout with the air-con. We settled in straight away, it has pretty much all the amenities you could need, much like being at home. The pool was a good temperature, for info I'm 6'1" the shallow end was about waist height, the deep end I could not reach the floor. We were familiar with the area anyway but there are some nice restaurants just a stones throw away, and a couple of shops including a Spar supermarket 5 min walk. Just a few negatives which did not detract from our stay - some damage to items in the property, I sent photos to Marco as I was concerned we'd be to blame but this was fine. The balcony off the main bedroom has no chairs or loungers which is a shame. And the 4th bedroom downstairs would be better having regular beds in my opinion. Overall a really enjoyable stay, would definitely use again and recommended to friends."

Located in a quite surrounded area during both, night and day periods, even in Summer. This villa is located on a cliff facing the West, with fantastic views over the sea from every single bedroom and terrace in the house. This very modern house offers an avant-garde decoration and building concepts as optical cabling, bioclimatic optmization, ... and its architecture and construction is based on minimalistics statements.

The house has an street level entrance where we can find parking place for three to five cars, as well a chill out terrace with massage & hot water bath facilities, plus a hudge full equiped barbequeue & oven-kiln also for solarium and parties, summarizing a total of 500 sq meters. Due to the fact that the entrance remains on the top floor, the villa has an absolute privacy from external viewers. The inside is based on a loft concept, with open rooms and glass decoration items. All shadow roofs are automatic.

As we go downstairs we have the night level, which consists on the port side of two single bedrooms -upgradeable to twin-, one double bedroom, a full equiped gym, and a big bathroom. On the starboard we have the master bedroom of 80 m2, with massaged water bed and two walk-in wardrobes, en-suite twin bathroom, jacuzzi, and inside garden, and Panic Room (never in 10 years had a single use).

Going down again you reach the day level, with an inox decoration kitchen with sitting breakfast place, a washing room, a toilet on the stern, and on the for we have two open study rooms, 2 living rooms and one dining room, pets house , cinema & game space, as well as equiped covered terraces. An elevator from the port terrace ups to the chill out at the level street. Normally it's used for gods and heavy things, but can eventually carry persons.

Again if we go one more floor downstairs, we can find the swiming pool with solarium, and a multipurpose espace with a full equiped spa, winter heated pool & big party room (configurable) of 100 sqm, equiped for parties.

From there onwards several terraces with 300 sq m2tres alkable gardens, which looks like if you where walking by a boat board. Its remarkable the Zen Space in the last terrace, with a twin external bed and stones-ligthed garden.

For reaching the seaside there is an external stair, but has not beach or private deck for boats, because it's on open waters.

- "This was our fist time in Mallorca and we wanted a comfortable house for a family with four teenagers. Let me start by saying that the views from most Rioms in the house are amazing. You feel like you’re on a boat and the sunsets were breathtaking. We slept on the bottom deck several nights. The master bedroom and one other bedroom have great views. Not a ton of privacy in either. The other two bedrooms are really small with twin beds and no view. One son slept in the pool room, but at 6’2”, he was not very comfortable in the tiny roll away. The kitchen has every tool imaginable and we were able to have several dinners in house. We walked to Port Adriano for dinner two night, but be aware of the steep walk home. The bakery is a ten minute walk and we’ll worth visiting.. We had a couple issues while staying there, but the owner responded promptly and remodeled all situations. All bathrooms need to be updated, but the view makes up for it. Great stay! "

Wonderful villa situated on a large plot in the upper residential area of El Toro. Its privileged location gives us, from the terraces, spectacular views to the mountains and to the pine forest. The house has a constructed area of 280 m2 distributed in three floors.

On the main floor there is a living room with high ceilings. There are sofas around a modern fireplace, with access to a balcony from where you can enjoy spectacular views to the mountains and to the pine forest. There is a toilet and a bathroom with bath and shower in the entrance, and a door leads us to the fully equipped kitchen with views to the garden.

From a staircase we access to the upper floor where there is a dining room with a table for meals, from where we can see the living room of the main floor. Following the corridor we arrive to another small lounge room with sofa, a projector / movie screen and wii console.

On this floor there are 3 bedrooms (two with double beds and one with a trundle bed) and a bathroom (with bath) en suite. The holiday home “Villa Bienestar” is located in a residential area in El Toro Cavià, in the beautiful island Mallorca, and it is the ideal accommodation to enjoy a quiet and relaxed holiday very close to the sea. The 118m2 house consists of a living room with a cozy fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and cable television. A baby cot and a highchair can also be provided upon request. The absolute highlight of the house is its beautiful outdoor area with views over the mountains. El Toro or Racó de sa Fragata is next to Port Adriano and seven kilometers from Santa Ponça. Its name comes from the Arabic word door and borrows it from the nearby Illot del Toro, a rock that served as an access point to the bay of Medina Mayurqa for Muslims, the current Palma, which dominated Mallorca until the first third of the 13th century.

The cove formed between Punta Prima and sa Punta des Carragador houses a single beach, El Toro, a sandy beach with fine golden grain. In its rear part a high and vertical natural wall rises, of reddish tone product of the high content of iron oxide in its substrate, which names the neighboring Cala de Penyes Rotges. An urbanization has been built on these cantiles. This fact explains that there is a massive influx of residents from the area.

The fact that this beach, protected from the south component wind, is next to the mouth of Port Adriano makes it unusual to anchor boats in its vicinity. Even so, the navigator must know that the marine and underwater conditions are optimal for the depth of sand and algae, at a depth that ranges between three and five meters.

Road access is simple following road signs. The private vehicle can be parked free of charge for its surroundings. You can also opt for public transport. The bus stops near this beach.

It has double bedrooms (the master with an en suite), twin bedrooms, a huge family bathroom, and an additional cloakroom. This lovely property, which has a private pool and is air-conditioned throughout, is ideal for families.

The property has two floors and is situated on a 550 square meter hilltop with wonderful views of the surrounding countryside and mountains. The living area is on the ground floor and includes a sizable living room and dining area that flow through the kitchen/diner and up to the top terrace with seating and barbecue facilities.

On the bottom level, bedrooms and a bathroom with access to the pool and play area are located.

It takes 15 minutes to walk to the sandy, very safe El Toro beach from the villa.

You don't need to get around for a detour to the sandy beach and the fashionable port of Port Adriano. After a ten-minute walk, you can enjoy the special atmosphere with yachts, boutiques, beautiful cafés, and restaurants at any time of the day.

The other facilities next door are particularly practical for a stress-free holiday: a bakery, a well-stocked supermarket, a beauty, and massage studio and a children's playground.

Day trips to the fantastic cliffs of the Tramuntana Mountains or to the pulsating capital Palma with their lively streets and tapas bars take just 20 minutes by car. In the immediate vicinity of your vacation home, you will also find golf courses, tennis courts, riding facilities, a water park, countless opportunities for water sports and other marinas with boat rentals. The villa is not only easily accessible by car, the regional bus stop (approx. 100 meters) and a taxi rank are also nearby.

You live very centrally in the active village of El Toro, but you will find a rear terrace and chill-out area on the property, which faces the adjacent gardens of the neighbouring single-family houses and is therefore absolutely quiet.

The entrance gate can be opened easily from the outside with remote control. When you arrive you will notice the beautiful palm trees on the pool terrace - together with lush lemon and orange trees they form a harmonious, typical plant arrangement that characterises the entire entrance area of the property. Loving details, such as the original Mallorcan stone walls, round off the Mediterranean ambiance.

When you enter the house, the first thing that captivates you is the bright spaciousness of the open room concept - with one special feature: in the middle of the light-flooded room is the modern kitchen with a cozy island and counter. As a central element, it connects not only the dining and living area but also the two terraces of the villa, which are visible from everywhere.

The living room is equipped with modern furniture in subtle, friendly colours and a large Smart TV so that you can enjoy film evenings and cozy hours together in a lounge atmosphere. High-speed WiFi is of course available.

You enter the front, south-west facing pool terrace through a large sliding glass door directly from the living room. The Mallorca sun pampers this area until the evening hours. You relax on one of the sun loungers and look from the edge of the swimming pool at the surrounding pine trees, the Mediterranean garden with its palm trees and flowering bushes. Or you can simply enjoy the special sparkle of the turquoise water in the brightly tiled pool, the surroundings of which are covered with large, elegant tiles. If it gets too hot in the sun, the spacious roof of the terrace proves to be a clear advantage.

From the other side of the living-dining area, you can reach the rear terrace and the garden area in the east, also through a sliding glass door. Here is the ideal place for breakfast in the morning sun and for sheltered sunbathing in the winter months. The chill-out area and a hammock, surrounded by greenery and a gnarled olive tree, also offer pure relaxation. Another highlight is the in-house bowling alley directly on the south side of the house.

On the ground floor of the charming villa you will find, in addition to the spacious living area, one of the bedrooms with bathroom en suite and a separate guest toilet.

If you go up the modern and transparent staircase to the upper floor, you will reach three further, tastefully furnished double bedrooms. The equipment is Mediterranean throughout, ergonomic and - like everything in the house - newly purchased in 2019.

If you choose the master bedroom as a bedroom, you will enjoy a bathroom en suite with a spacious shower and direct access to the large upper terrace, from which the sea is glimpsed. Basically, all bathrooms are equipped with high-quality materials, bright and spacious showers promise a pleasant start of the day.

The entire vacation villa offers maximum comfort. In all rooms and in every season, air conditioning and underfloor heating always offer pleasant temperatures. The heating uses a highly efficient heat pump - for the sake of the environment. This house is therefore also ideal for Mallorca guests who prefer a stay in the transitional period and in winter.
