This very well-kept and very modern detached holiday home in the southwest of Mallorca has the absolute feel-good factor and is located in an absolutely quiet but central location. The house is only around 50 meters from the Mediterranean Sea.

This house has 3 bedrooms (1x king-size bed and 2x queen-size beds) and 2.5 bathrooms. It is a single use house.

THE HOUSE: The German owners of this holiday home have paid attention to a modern style in both the renovation and the furnishing and implemented it after they bought the house in 2019. You will be greeted by a large living, dining and kitchen area with a new and exclusive Nolte fitted kitchen, which is equipped with all amenities.
The large and bright living area impresses with the absolutely beautiful view of the beautiful tropical pool area and the large terrace area. All bedrooms are bright and friendly and all have their own bathroom (2 bedrooms with bathrooms en suite and a bathroom lying in the hallway area). The house was last completely renovated in 2017. The pool was also redesigned in 2017. The interior and exterior are from 2019/2020. Since the house is used a lot even by the owners, a very high quality and very modern facility was chosen.
The entire house is on one level and is therefore also ideal for seniors. The entire property is fenced and the house is detached.
The house is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood.

Our favourite activity was when we rented a small boat for 4 hrs in Port D'Andtrax. Also, in exploring the local bars and restaurants, we would recommend Bar Paraiso and The Anchor Bar in particular. Get the fillet steak in the Anchor Bar for 17 Euros and you will not be disappointed. All 3 of us agreed that we had NEVER had a better steak - and 2 of us are over 70 yrs old! - "A great location close to local amenities - everything we needed onsite. Perhaps just a little close to the road." - "The villa was amazing! Had every amenity needed and was extremely clean. Close to amenities" - "First impressions when we walked in was "wow!", what a beautiful villa, smelt good, nice and cool throughout with the air-con. We settled in straight away, it has pretty much all the amenities you could need, much like being at home. The pool was a good temperature, for info I'm 6'1" the shallow end was about waist height, the deep end I could not reach the floor. We were familiar with the area anyway but there are some nice restaurants just a stones throw away, and a couple of shops including a Spar supermarket 5 min walk. Just a few negatives which did not detract from our stay - some damage to items in the property, I sent photos to Marco as I was concerned we'd be to blame but this was fine. The balcony off the main bedroom has no chairs or loungers which is a shame. And the 4th bedroom downstairs would be better having regular beds in my opinion. Overall a really enjoyable stay, would definitely use again and recommended to friends."

Incredible villa, located in El Toro, in a privileged area with spectacular views of the sea and the Malgratz Islands. Fully equipped and unique house with three bedrooms and four

El Toro or Racó de sa Fragata is located next to Port Adriano and seven kilometres from Santa Ponça. Its toponym comes from the Arabic word for door and borrows it from the nearby Illot del Toro, a rocky outcrop that served as an access point to the bay of Medina Mayurqa for Muslims, the current Palma, who dominated Mallorca until the first third of the 13th century.



The cove formed between Punta Prima and sa Punta des Carragador is home to a single beach, El Toro, a sandy beach with fine golden grain.



The fact that this beach, sheltered from the southerly wind, is located near the entrance of Port Adriano makes anchoring boats in its vicinity unusual. Nevertheless, the navigator must know that the marine and underwater conditions are optimal for anchoring on a sandy and algae bottom, at a depth ranging between three and five metres.



Road access is straightforward by following road signage. Private vehicles can be parked for free in the surrounding areas. Public transport is also an option. The bus stops near this beach.



Los Pinos has a garden with a swimming pool in the centre, in which we can refresh ourselves before or after sunbathing peacefully on the loungers or resting on the Balinese bed. The garden is a peaceful place where the little ones can play with the swing and slide, but we can also enjoy a pleasant reading under the shade of the pine trees or a barbecue that we can share on its outdoor tables while feeling the summer breeze.



Its interior will not leave us indifferent. We will find a spacious living room with a dining area and a curious television space next to the fireplace. Its kitchen is a bright space with views where we will find everything necessary to shine with our best recipes. We will also find multiple terraces and balconies in the house, from where we can enjoy the best sunrises and sunsets.
