This is an antique stately home with all the comfort you need nowadays. It has capacity for 8 people and a private pool.
This is a wonderful Majorcan countryside house. It is very well preserved and it has all the comfort to make your holiday an unforgettable experience! The ‘possessió’ of Son Caldes is located near the town of Llucmajor and is more than 500 years old, which enhances the attractiveness of the place.

The main building has three en suite bedrooms, a spacious living room, dining room and a fully furnished kitchen with capacity for all the guests. Some old features of the house have been very well preserved. At the same time, the house is equipped with new electrical appliances, central heating and a mix of new furniture with some restored pieces. There is a wine cellar as well where you will be able to see some hand-made barrels, which were made more than 200 years ago!

In front of the main building you will find another house which is part of the whole group. This is a 2-storey house which has a very well decorated living room, a fully furnished kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor. On the loft there is a bedroom, which is opened to the living room, with closet and two single beds. This building hasn’t got central heating, but there is a fireplace and that maintain the perfect temperature all year-round.

Everyone is welcome! Whether families, groups, couples or individuals. Cyclists, hikers, water sports, golfers and other active vacationers are best accommodated in our house. Bicycles and other sports equipment can be safely stored in the interior under the stairs or in the patio (courtyard).

The house was completely renovated in 2015 and is new and modern.

The environment
The village of Llucmajor has 12,700 inhabitants and is located in the south of Mallorca, about 15 minutes drive from the airport and 25 minutes from the center of Palma. In 15-25 minutes by car you can reach the beautiful beaches of Es Trenc, Ses Covetes, Sa Rapita or Playa de Palma. The beautiful bays of Cala Pi and Cala Blava are equally within easy reach.
Every Sunday, Wednesday and Friday there is a weekly market on the Plaza. On this you can provide yourself with local, fresh vegetables and fruits and other foods. The grown infrastructure offers within walking distance a variety of very good restaurants of all price ranges, shops and boutiques around the Plaza and in the pedestrian area. In the village you can still experience the original Mallorcan life. This is very nice with tapas, pizza and Co. in one of the excellent restaurants and bars on the Plaza.

The exteriors of the property are ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. In them, you will find a terrace surrounded by fruit trees in which, without a doubt, the star is the large private chlorine swimming pool, which has dimensions of 7 m x 2.5 m and a depth of between 0.5 m and 1.80 m. Around it, you will find sun loungers where you can relax while sunbathing and a porch with a barbecue where you can enjoy unforgettable meals with your companions. The property is fenced and privacy is total.

The interior of the property has been thought and designed to offer you all the comforts. In general, the south has many wonderful beaches, such as Es Trenc, Sa Rapita and Ses Covetes. The villages Llucmajor and Campos offer everything you need during your stay. Near Llucmajor you will find the Talaiots de Capocorb, which are the remains of an ancient Mallorcan civilisation. On the coast you will find the lighthouse of Cap Blanc, which was inaugurated in 1863.

The exceptional property has 180 square metres of habitable surface and is prepared for 9 people. Upon entering the house, one enters the cosy living-dining room, followed by the beautiful and fully equipped kitchen. There are 2 sofas, satellite television and WiFi, as well as a fireplace, cooker and air conditioning.

There are 3 bedrooms available in the basement (one with a double bed and two with 2 single beds each) and 2 bathrooms, one of which is in the outdoor area.

All rooms have fans.

This wonderful villa offers marvellous corners where you will spend a dream-like stay. The green garden is surrounded by plants, trees and flowers as well as a great terrace which is perfectly furnished with 7 sun loungers and a barbecue area where you can enjoy your meals outdoors. You also can relax in other corners maybe enjoying a coffee or tea and a good reading. However, the best of it all is the beautiful chlorine pool sizing 7 x 4 metres and with a water depth that goes from 0.8 to 1.6 metres. There's an exterior shower. Privacy is partial since there are neighbours around. The house comprises two buildings. The interior of the main house, with two floors, surprises with a rustic and special decoration. On entering we find a nice dining room open to the kitchen, which is equipped with ceramic hob, oven and everything you need. Then we have three bedrooms with wardrobe and fan, one with a single bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, another with two single beds and the last one with a double bed. If you are travelling with babies, you will be offered up to two cots and two high chairs. There is also a separate bathroom with shower for the rest of the house.
