- "Was well taken care and had a Great time with Family! " - "We stayed for 5 nights on a family trip and found the room to very spotlessly clean, comfortable and damage-free. The pool area is spacious and clean, towels are a €10 deposit. There is a separate kids area and the main pool doesn’t have a shallow end. We paid for half board and where breakfast was excellent, dinner time was adequate and lots of Mediterranean cuisine. We had assumed that drinks would be included for our half board meals but there was an extra charge, so be careful not to be caught out. We hired a car as there is nothing to do in the immediate area but Arenal is a short drive and Palma is easily accessible too. "

I had a nice stay but I would choose another area to stay next time since it's quite secluded. The beach is not great (the river floods in the sea and makes the water brown and the sand is more like riverbed sand) and the nearest beach is at about 25 minutes drive. All in all it was fine but not perfect. "

During the renovation, attention was always paid to quality and branded products from Zeyko, Duravit, Hansgrohe, Kare were used.

In order to be able to use the house all year round, an oil heating system, air conditioning and ceiling fans were installed on both floors.

Two bicycles are now available for you in the "El Capitano" so that you can easily pick up your bread rolls from the supermarket in the morning. A pool heater is available so that you can also enjoy the beautiful large pool in the pre- and post-season. This enables us to maintain a water temperature of around 24-26 degrees in the large pool in the pre- and post-season. - "Wonderful home facing the ocean. VRBO pictures do not do it justice. It is much better than advertised. We spent 10 days at the property As a family with 6 adults. The house met our needs perfectly. Lots of outside space around pool (heated) to relax and enjoy sun. 6 comfortable sun beds are available around the pool and there is an Outside shower. Phenomenal view on the sea. Lots of covered outside space including living room and dinning room. Full size gaz bbcue. You can spend your entire vacation outside regardless of weather conditions. Inside: Fully furnished 3 bedroom house. All bedrooms are en-suite with their own full bathrooms. 2 are located on 2nd floor and one on main floor. King size beds in all rooms and fully equipped with high quality towels and linens. Plenty of pillows too. And beach towels are also included... Kitchen seems brand new. Nice size and fully equipped with state of the art appliances, cutlery and pots &pans. There is a second fridge and a wine cooler should you intend to spend most of your time at the house. Most everything you need to cook is available. Basic essentials are also provided such as spices and cooking oil. Overall house is very comfortable with proper air con. It is also well decorated which adds to the quality of the vacation. The owners care about the house and it shows. Two Widescreen TV's are available but we did not need. A Bose sound system is available but we brought our own portable speaker for outside use. Cala pi is 30 min away from Palma and its airport. It is a small beach village with a mix of residential and hotel properties. It has a couple of restaurants should you feel like eating out but it remains a quiet place. There is a small "supermarket" nearby (walking distance) to find your basic needs. The beach (cove) is small but very nice and also walking distance (albeit lots of steps to reach it) from the house. Although the house receives a fibre speed internet signal, it is not well distributed in all areas. We found it to be spotty in some areas, particularly outside. No USB connections in the walls. Bring your own adaptors to fit in European electrical outlets (2 pins) Communications with owners was easy, quick and efficient. Our host on site, Peter was available when needed and helpful. Difficult to ask for better service. Highly recommended house!"

Welcome to this beautiful chalet, with private pool, where 6 guests find their place at only 1.2 km from Cala Pi beach.
The exteriors are very beautiful. In front of the construction, with an ibizan air, you have a wonderful chlorine private pool, 8 x 4 m and 0.6 to 1.8 m depth. Next to it, there is a space where to enjoy the sun on the 9 sun loungers or a drink, as well as a furnished porch. Then, a terrace invites you to have breakfast or make barbecues in the fresh air.

Inside the house, there is a lovely living-dining room with satellite television, air conditioning and wooden stove. The kitchen is equipped with gas hob. Both stays have access to the outside. As well as that, you have three dormitories with A/C, of which two of them feature a double bed, the other two single beds. Moreover, two of the bedrooms also have wardrobe and one of these even boasts an ensuite shower bathroom. Even so, there is also a second shower bathroom that services the entire house. A cot, a high chair as well as a radiator are also available. The laundry room has washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The chalet is situated at the urbanisation of Cala Pi. Its white fine sand and crystal-clear waters beach has easy access. Moreover, in its surroundings there are other amazing coves and beaches such as Es Trenc or Sa Ràpita.
