Casal De Petra has a kitchen where you can store your stuff in the refrigerator which is pretty convenient. There’s a little pool outside, where which you can use as well. The check in is pretty easy. Other than that, the recommendation seems pretty good, but the cleaning was not what we expected. We didn’t want our room to be cleaned the first day. When we asked for it, they didn’t even change the sheets l, didn’t clean the floor. They just made our bed with the old bed sheets. "

A grocery store is 5in walk away The town was very quiet but 30-40 mins to any place you want to drive to. Has a few restaurants and we tried 2 of them. We did drive 2/3 of the island. The owners were fantastic. They met us on arrival. Provided a beach cooler as I had forgotten mine and answered any questions immediately. Definitely a great place to stay and use to explore the island."

- "The property is in a great location, 5 minutes to Petra. Very quiet surroundings with a well thought out layout and a very clean well-kept pool. The house itself is relatively cool given it doesn’t have a/c. Perhaps it would benefit from a/c as we were staying during a heatwave which made some of the days pretty hot but that’s no fault of the owners to be fair! Communication with the Villa owners was great, nothing was too much trouble and they let us check in early and leave later too as our flight was delayed. Kitchen had plenty of utensils, pots, crockery etc which was helpful for a family of 5. I’d definitely go and stay here again and the village of Petra is lovely. We ate at various restaurants and by the the best was Ca’n Oms which was really great."

This typical Mallorcan house has its history, as it was the bakery of the village. You can still see the original ovens that were used to provide bread to the villagers.

The house consists of 2 floors and has 2 bedrooms (double bed 135x190 cm, 2 single beds of 90x190 cm) for 4 people. Both bedrooms are on the upper floor, as well as one of the two recently installed bathrooms with a shower.

You enter the house through an imposing corridor, from here you enter the living room with TV and WiFi. Also on the ground floor is the large fully equipped kitchen with dining room and TV. From here you can reach the inner courtyard where there is also a dining table

On hot days you can cool off in the pool and sunbathe. There is also a barbecue available for guests.

On the roof terrace you can enjoy the sunset in a cosy chill out.

Das Haus ist sehr groß und offen und wuuuunderschön eingerichtet! Es ist eigentlich alles da was man braucht und der Hinterhof ist das beste. Je nach Wetter und Sonnen kann man entweder auf der Dachterasse oder im Innenhof sitzen. Man fühlt sich sehr schnell sehr wohl. Petra selbst ist sehr klein und etwas abgelegen dafür aber wunderschön. Es gibt einen großen Platz auf dem man essen gehen kann und Mittags die Fahrradfahrer beobachten kann, welche durch den Ort fahren und hier eine Pause einlegen. Die Architektur ist sehr spanisch und man ist vor allem von Lokals umgeben. Wir hatten leider etwas Pech mit dem Wetter, weshalb es im Haus ziemlich kalt war. Aber nachdem ich Almuth vom Mallorca Charme Team schrieb, organisierte er uns sofort einen Heizer, sodass wir nicht frieren mussten. Generell hatten wir immer einen Ansprechpartner und uns Wunsch jeder Wunsch möglich gemacht. Das Haus war sehr liebevoll im Shabby Chic Style eingerichtet, was uns sehr gefallen hat."

This property has been designed to enjoy the good Mediterranean weather. The beautiful chlorine pool measures 9 x 4.5 meters and has a depth ranging from 0.9 to 2.05 meters. You can sunbathe on the sun loungers around the pool, play volleyball on the lawn and enjoy a delicious barbecue under the porch. The property is fenced and the privacy is total.

The modern two-story house offers everything you need for a comfortable and independent stay. On the ground floor stands out the main room that brings together the living room, the dining area and the kitchen and is equipped with satellite TV, AC -both in the living room and in the kitchen-dining area- and a ceramic hob. The separate laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. The house is distributed on two floors. On the ground floor you will find the living room, with portable air conditioning, cooker, TV and sofa. A complete bathroom, with shower and bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped with a table for four people and has access to the patio, where there is a charcoal barbecue, outdoor seating and a shower to remove the salt when arriving from the beach or just to freshen up before going to sleep.

Cons: Müllsituation - Müllentsorgung musste täglich übernommen werden, da auf Mallorca private Fincas nicht angefahren werden. Teilweise musste man 20 Minuten zum nächsten Container fahren. Matratzen in den Zimmern waren von unterschiedlicher Qualität (1-2 Matratzen waren etwas unbequem)."

The outside area is surrounded by trees that will offer you a lot of privacy during your vacations. There is a table and a barbecue so you can enjoy your meals outdoors. If you like to shower outdoors you will be able to do so.



As soon as you enter the property, you will find the kitchen open to the living room. This space has everything you need for cooking, industrial stove, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker among other things. In addition, there is a satellite TV, wifi. The kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped and also has an exit to the outside. Next, there are three bedrooms, two with two single beds and one with a double bed. The bedrooms have a closet for storing clothes, a ceiling fan and an electric radiator.



The house is located in a rural setting, but less than 10km from the town of Manacor, where you can stroll through the old town, go shopping or eat in one of the cafes or restaurants in the area. Also worth a visit is the beautiful fishing village of Porto Cristo.

You can also visit the picturesque village of Petar less than 7 km away.
