Swimming pool could do with an upgrade as well as some of the bathrooms that have baths only. Finally a minor point and only if you have lots of luggage. You have to walk to the reception from the car park to inform the reception that you have arrived so they can come and help you as it is hard to roll them over the gravel and stones. Similarly my room didn’t have a phone to call the reception to help us with our luggage on our departure."

Entertainment was great. A few negatives.. the shower handle was broken. You had to go to reception to get a new towel which you need a shuttle for and not available until 10am. Sometimes a long wait for the shuttle. Also had to pay deposit for towel which seems unnecessary. Overall had a great experience, would definitely recommend. "

- "Simply outstanding from start to finish. Great facilities. Wonderful staff who go above and beyond. Sadly I do not play tennis but it was wonderful to see all the well motivated youngsters and adults playing and training. It provides an infectious spirit of fitness. The gym was the best one I have ever been in. Treadmills were fab. Spa was amazing. Lovely lomi lomi massage. Ham man pools, Turkish steam room and sauna. Property kept exceptionally clean. Place is of course a business and a very well run business but it has a cosy familial feel, motivated to give the guests the best experience rather than focus on money. The food in all the restaurants is outstanding and in the buffet supper the chefs check the condition of food continually to ensure it looks the best and amply supplied. I had to check out at 11am which is reasonable, but I was allowed to use the gym and spa and restaurants. Nothing it too much trouble here. Rafa trains here when he is not on the circuit and guests can watch and occasionally interact. Sadly not during my visit. Overall, outstanding, impressive and highly polished with a huge element of kindness."

We all loved the resort, great sized outdoor areas, lovely pools, 2 x snack bars, 2 x restaurants. We found the food and drink to be really good, so much so we didnt venture far as we enjoyed the entertainment too. There is a beautiful sandy cove to the right of the hotel, takes about 15mins to walk there and the beach bar is so lovely too. There are a few bars and restaurants nearby but not a big place. Staff were all really friendly and i wasnt hesitate returning for a fun or chill out holiday "

- "Short trip but great holiday and hotel was on the beach pretty much " - "Friendly staff, rooms comfortable and clean. We couldn't fault them really. Although we had half board, as vegans we didn't think we'd eat at the hotel as we assumed there would be nothing for us, but there was a great selection of cereals, fruit and hot food - toast, baked beans, tomatoes, mushrooms. In the evening there was always loads of salad so we ate there throughout our stay and just went out for lunch. It wasn't amazingly complicated food, but it was fresh and plentiful and staff were cheerful and friendly even when faced with an extremely busy dining room. We only stayed for 4 days as a cheap, relaxing quick break and it certainly hit the spot. The pool area was small and full of kids on lilos so we didn't use it, but the beach was 10 steps from the hotel so we just went there every day. It was August though, so outside the school holidays I imagine it would be quieter."

Room was well furnished, including outdoor further on the balcony. In terms of other guests and atmosphere, whilst family friendly, we didn't feel too out of place as an adult couple in our 20s/30s. Hotel attracted a mix of nationalities but the majority was an even split between English and polish guests. Entertainment was presented in English among other languages and there was a show every night. Staff in the hotel were always delightful to interact with and were so attentive, bar staff were also a good laugh and whilst the drinks did flow, they weren't scared to tell people when it was time to call it a night. - "Very enjoyable stay. I cannot speak highly enough of the hotel staff, who were fantastic throughout and went about their business with a smile. The atmosphere at the hotel was fun and friendly and we felt very safe here. The hotel room was a little basic, but the facilities good and the air conditioning as powerful as it needed to be - it was very hot during our stay. The main attraction of the hotel is the main dining room/bar and pool area, which are lovely. They remained open 24/7 if you wanted to go and get a drink or even something to eat outside of the set mealtimes throughout the day. There’s plenty of room in the pool for a lot of people, and we were able to get deck chairs under parasols on every day we used this area. The all-inclusive food was really good, with a mix of freshly-prepared salads, food cooked on a large grill and a great selection of freshly baked breads, cakes and desserts. We wanted for nothing in that respect. Parking on the road in front and behind the hotel was generally easy, though at the busiest times you may not get a space directly outside. There are plenty of places to visit near the hotel, either walking to local beaches or other towns and attractions by car."
