The cozy living room has SAT TV, free WIFI / WLAN / Internet access and music system. The couch is extendable. The dining room for 6 people located in the living area. The well-equipped with spacious refrigerator, electric cooker with ceramic hobs, oven, dishwasher and washing machine kitchen is separate. The communal pool was just down the street, very big, clean and never too busy. The only downside - you really do need a car to venture further or go shopping (but you can use online shopping here - we did it was very efficient). There are three great restaurants we tried in cala murada, rustic was our favourite with tapas and barbeque and lovely friendly owners."

Our beautiful and lovingly furnished house called "Can Victor" is located in a quiet side street of the urbanization "Pinars de Murada". It borders directly on a nature reserve.
The house has about 160 square meters of living space and is located on a well-kept, 500 square meter plot. A place where you can relax and unwind and finally find peace and relaxation. This beautiful finca is located between Manacor and Portocolom. First floor:
The finca offers plenty of space for 10 people on 450 square meters of living space. The large entrance hall leads into the open-plan living and dining area. The adjoining dining area and the open, well-equipped kitchen make for a cozy get-together and cooking together. The finca has a total of five bedrooms, all of which are equipped with heat-regulating water beds (200 cm x 200 cm) and ceiling fans. Each bedroom has a modern TV and its own en-suite bathroom with a large natural stone shower and rain shower head. Two of the five bedrooms are located on the first floor. The finca has underfloor heating. The washing machine is located in the utility room.

Second floor:
There are three further bedrooms on the upper floor, two of which have their own balcony. One bathroom has a bathtub, the other bathrooms are all equipped with showers. There are also two further guest WCs in the finca.

Outdoor area:
The beautifully landscaped palm garden with wonderful panoramic views is a true oasis of tranquillity. It leads into a beautiful pool with an adjoining volleyball court. Here you can relax on the numerous sun loungers or get some exercise. An outdoor shower is available to cool off. From the covered terrace, you have a beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding Llevante mountains. Next to it is another small building with a covered and furnished summer kitchen. The finca, the swimming pool, the garden and the driveway can be illuminated at night. The plot is 18,000 square meters in size. The finca Sant Salvador is located in the immediate vicinity. It can also be booked via Finca Mallorca.

Pool:
6 m x 12 m, depth: 1.10 m - 1.80 m, with step entrance, pool lighting. The pool contains natural salt water and is usually cleaned without any chlorine (except in very hot weather).

Arrival and minimum stay:
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out until 10 am. Luggage can be deposited from 12 noon on the day of arrival. The minimum stay is 7 nights. A surcharge applies for bookings of less than the minimum stay.

Additional costs:
The 1st baby set (baby crib & high chair) is free of charge, baby: 0-24 months. Additional baby sets can be provided on request (8€/set/night). - "Kurz und knapp – wir wollten eigentlich gar nicht mehr gehen, hatten uns unendliche Male ausgemalt, das Haus einfach zu besetzen und nicht mehr zu gehen – Spaß. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohlgefühlt." - "Die Finca ist unglaublich gut ausgestattet! Es fehlt hier an gar nichts. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, Kontaktgrill, Küchenmaschine, Kaffeevollautomat, Gewürze, etc. Wasserbetten und Badezimmer sind auch wirklich klasse. Das BBQ Haus ist auch perfekt ausgestattet. Der Pool ist riesig groß und hat Meerblick. Leider ist der Kühlschrank in der Küche mit der Hitze überfordert. Der Backofen ist ohne Anleitung kaum zu bedienen. Ohne die Uhr geht der gar nicht an. Ein Hinweis-Schild für die letzten Meter der Anfahrt (ab der Sackgasse) wäre hilfreich, die Anfahrt ist ja nicht ganz so leicht. Ein Starterpacket mit Wasser wäre schön, damit man entspannter ankommt."

As its name suggests, this amazing villa is a true paradise. In front of a beautiful stone construction, it is situated the protagonist, a magnificent private chlorine pool, 9 x 4.5 m and 1.5 deep, whose crystalline waters invite to swim while contemplating the incomparable views of the countryside and the mountains. Around it, you have 4 sun loungers, a Balinese bed as well as a large lawn area to sunbathe. - "Pros: Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber und mit Geschmack eingerichtet. In jedem Schlafzimmer gibt es eine Klimaanlage. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet (Gasherd, Backofen, Mikrowellenherd, Kaffeemaschine, großer Kühlschrank und Tiefkühlschrank, ausreichend Gläser, Besteck, Teller, Töpfe, Pfannen, ...).
