Villa Juan Carlos is a unique spectacular villa located right on the sea front with amazing uninterrupted views of the tantalizing Mediterranean sea and clear skies. It is ideal for replenishing energy and unabashedly enjoying life. Take a stroll down to the azure sea water and bask in the sensation of being in the sea next to the villa. If you would rather soak up the sun on a warm, soft sandy beach the nearest beach, which has been awarded an international Blue Flag for its quality, safety and water quality, is a leisurely less than10 minute stroll away. This beach has emergency services and first aid facilities and a lifesaver from the 1st of May to the 31st of October. There is also a drop everything Beach Bar and a children’s playground. From the mooring next to the beach, you can catch a special ferryboat that takes you sightseeing and even into Palma! Villa Juan Carlos is located in a quiet area some 30 minutes from Palma de Mallorca airport.
