- "We had a blast staying at this house and exploring the village and surrounding areas. My partner and I got engaged while hanging out in the pool and overlooking the ocean. It was breathtaking. My only gripe was having service/cleaning people show up right at 10 AM on the day of our departure. It was jarring to feel forced out and we would have liked a little later check out time for the amount we spent to stay there for four nights. The house could also use some new furniture. Its really outdated and the sofa has some holes in it and just makes you sweat when sitting on it. The beds in the secondary bedrooms are just single beds pushed together. HOW TO ARRIVE AND DISPLACE.

Sa Pedra de s'Ase is 1.5 km from the village of Banyalbufar and about 35 'drive from Palma.

- "We just got back from a fantastic week staying at this property in Mallorca. The location of the property is fantastic, with a spectacular view overlooking a bay and the sea. The house is very well equipped with all facilities you can think of, we didn't lack anything. Gifts such as fresh fruit, wine and Cava as well as locally produced olive oil were waiting for us, which we appreciated very much. We really felt like we had "borrowed" the house from friends. A 5 min walk down a steep path from the house is a small harbour/boatramp where you can swim in crystal clear water. It is perfect for snorkeling with a lot of fish and beautiful underwater rocks. Villa Capllonch is surrounded by the typical landscape of the Sierra de Tramontana (World Heritage Site), large areas of pine and oak forests that run through the mountains, and as we get closer to the house the agricultural exploitation carried out for years becomes more present. back: Pine and holm oak trees are interspersed with carob and olive trees, typical trees of Mallorcan agriculture.
If we take our view away from the crops, down the mountain, just 500 m away. From the house, we can see the unmistakable blue of the sea that bathes El Port d'es Canonge and from where you can see one of the best sunsets on the island.

Located on the west coast of Mallorca, Villa Welcome is a beautiful property immersed in the nature but close the villages of Banyalbufar and Esporles, just few km away.
Outside the villa features a 15 mt heated pool, a nice garden and a spacious deck with sunbeds and umbrellas,a table tennis, a covered dining area with table and chairs, also a BBQ is available to prepare meals together.

It is located on the west coast side along a natural track close the village of Banyalbufar and Esporles, where are all the services like bar ,restaurant, supermarkets ecc..

The Villa is surrounded by trees and a Mediterranean garden, it offers an heated private pool, 15 mt long, with sunbeds , umbrellas, a covered patio with table and chairs for the summer dinners, a BBQ and a table tennis, from the terrace a chill area where to admire the beautiful sea sunsets.
Going inside the living room with sofas, TV with satellite channels and Sky, and a big fireplace, it’s possible to admire the landscaper from the big glass sliding door which let enter the natural light, shares this ambient with the dining area. The guests will find a fully equipped kitchen.
