My only gripe was having service/cleaning people show up right at 10 AM on the day of our departure. HOW TO ARRIVE AND DISPLACE.

Sa Pedra de s'Ase is 1.5 km from the village of Banyalbufar and about 35 'drive from Palma.

- "We just got back from a fantastic week staying at this property in Mallorca. The location of the property is fantastic, with a spectacular view overlooking a bay and the sea. The house is very well equipped with all facilities you can think of, we didn't lack anything. We were very well received by the lovely owners of the house, Catina and Francisco, that guided us to the house and introduced us to every detail of the property. Gifts such as fresh fruit, wine and Cava as well as locally produced olive oil were waiting for us, which we appreciated very much. We really felt like we had "borrowed" the house from friends. A 5 min walk down a steep path from the house is a small harbour/boatramp where you can swim in crystal clear water. It is perfect for snorkeling with a lot of fish and beautiful underwater rocks. Villa Capllonch is surrounded by the typical landscape of the Sierra de Tramontana (World Heritage Site), large areas of pine and oak forests that run through the mountains, and as we get closer to the house the agricultural exploitation carried out for years becomes more present. back: Pine and holm oak trees are interspersed with carob and olive trees, typical trees of Mallorcan agriculture.
If we take our view away from the crops, down the mountain, just 500 m away. From the house, we can see the unmistakable blue of the sea that bathes El Port d'es Canonge and from where you can see one of the best sunsets on the island.
