- "We celebrated my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary with a group of 18 (ages 5-75) at the amazing Casa Nova estate. It was perfect! It is tucked away in the Garraf Park, which means the road to get there is a bit of an adventure (narrow dirt track), but it also means that once you are there you are in a private, secluded setting that is gorgeous! I’m not sure I would want to drive the entrance road in the dark, but that was never required. The many late-night dinners together on the patio with stunning scenery and no one nearby to be concerned about noise were a highlight of the trip... perhaps only outdone by the incredible pool! The surrounding hills and trees made for wonderful family pictures. When you decide to go into town the Sitges stores, beaches and train station (which we used for an easy day trip to Barcelona) are just 15 minutes away. The owners were very responsive before and during our stay and quickly answered any questions or concerns we had. I would also highly recommend their on-site caterer, Cloud9. We had two wonderful dinners from them. The kitchen is large and very well-appointed for the other meals that we cooked on our own."

Fantastic 300m2 design house, fully equipped, with a large living room of 50m2 living room and a spectacular kitchen with very sun light, private pool in a large green zone and a very spectacular views to the sea.
The villa is only 2 km away from the Sitges downtown, only 30' if you are like to walk. Is located in a very quiet neigborhood, Vallpineda, and perfect for familys and any person that find a special place to desconection. Inside the neighbohood there is a big sport facilities with tennis and padel courts as well.
The villa have are 4 rooms, all with air conditioning and double beds. The main room is really awesone with a very large bathroom with jacuzzi, king size bed and a terrifics views to the Medieterranean sea. Other room have a king size bed and bathroom included. And the others two rooms are equipped with a queen size bed. The living room also has air conditioning and you can cook that you want in our fantastic barbecue installled in the pool area.

Please, note that the INDIGO villa has been recently renovated in spring 2019, which means that the kitchen and all 4 bathrooms have been updated in a modern and functional design.

The living and dining area plus all bedrooms have been redecorated and refreshed with white color and the Mediterranean islands mood in mind as our inspiration.

First thing you notice upon entering the property is the large private garden surrounding the house. It has an 11mts x 4mts private pool, perfect for children to play and adults to relax.

The back side of the house has a barbeque zone with a gas barbeque (butane cylinder provided by the villa owner) where you will be able to cook some delicious meals that you can enjoy sitting on the porch along with a glass of good local wine.

There is also a parking space for 2 or 3 cars inside the enclosure although it´s not difficult to park on the street in front of the villa.

The private garden is so big that you will have enough room to relax and sunbath while your kids will be safely running around and playing football.

Once inside, the house has been fully remodeled and redecorated in an island style, giving it the perfect mood for a relaxing holidays.

INDIGO House is spread over two floors and features 4 double bedrooms, one triple bedroom, and 4 full bathrooms. In the games room, there is a sofa bed suitable for one adult or two children, available upon request and always before booking (with a small additional cost). It is also possible to add a single bed in one of the bedrooms for an occasional guest, also upon prior request and with a supplement.

The ground floor has a huge room with two separate areas, one with a set of comfortable sofas accommodating up to 10 guests and a dining area with a large table and chairs sitting up to 12 guests. Please, bear in mid that the fireplace is for decoration purpose only. Also on the ground floor our guests will find a brand new full equipped good size kitchen, a games room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

The games room is equipped with a TV, a sofa bed, some puffs and many toys and games.

One of the bedrooms has a double bed, another one has also a double bed plus a single bed and the third one is equipped with a bunk bed. Each bedroom has its own storage space and bathroom.

Both rooms with a double bed plus the living and dining area have direct access to the private garden.

Outside there is a large porch with two different areas, the dining room with a table and chairs and also the chill out area, with a coffee table and some armchairs, the perfect place to relax and unwind your mind.

Back inside, a flight of stairs leads our guests from the dining area to the upper floor, equipped with two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other one with a bunk bed) and a full bathroom in between.

Even though the villa is really fresh and airy, there are two AC units in the villa, one in the master bedroom on the upper floor and the other one in the green bedroom on the ground level. The house also offers fiber optic internet connection.

The house is equipped with many cabinets available to customers, although a few are closed as they are used by the owners to store their personal belongings. We will apreciate you to respect these private spaces.

This property has video surveillance elements. These elements are only operational when the property is uninhabited (periods without reservations) in order to avoid theft and occupation. The devices can also be disabled by the guests by closing the optical lens.

Like many buildings in Sitges, our house is not far from the railway, so you may hear the trains whilst from the garden, depending on the wind’s direction. However, there are hardly no trains running at night. Do not hesitate to contact us to clarify any doubt regarding this matter.

Villa del Mar is a beautiful 1920's house moments away from the sea with a mature garden and sea views. There is a saline swimming pool and table football. The house sleeps 12 people with 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. There is a barbecue with covered seating area to seat 12 people comfortably. There is a shaded outside eating area with large table and seating for 12 . There are several garden benches in the garden as well as sun loungers by the pool. The kitchen is well equipped and inspiring to cook in with bar stools at the island counter for friends to help or chat with. Most bedrooms have terraces. The villa comes with a maid service 2 times a week. There is no need for a car here.

COMPLEMENTATION ON THE LOCATION:
Villas Sitges Altavista is located in Sitges in the Levantina Urbanization area, a small hill overlooking Sitges with high-end villas and total tranquility.

We recommend a vehicle to raise and lower the urbanization. You can park at the bottom of the urbanization and then go to Sitges walking: Beaches, downtown Sitges, shops, etc ... all a 1 minute drive down the urbanization and 18 minutes walk (Stairs of Neighburhood).

The beaches of Sitges as the center are 5 minutes by car, 10 minutes on foot. Car is recommended.

Carrefour Market is 2 km from the Villa. 7 minutes from the beach of San Sebastián by car. 30 minutes from Barcelona by car. The nearest restaurants and bars are 2 km from the Villa.
Finally, 850 meters from the Villa, there is the Mirador de Levantina Sitges where you can enjoy the magnificent view!

At Weekly Villas, we strive to offer you the best value for your stay, ensuring that you only pay for the services you truly need. Our basic rental rate includes everything necessary for an excellent stay. However, if you wish to add additional services, below are the extra costs for each:

Important aspects regarding rates and payments:

1. Payment methods:
- Payment with Visa credit card: A 3% fee applies.
- Payment by bank transfer: Also accepted.

The Vrbo assistance service is available for both payment methods.

2. Cleaning costs:
- Stays up to one week: Cleaning cost of 275 € at the end of the stay.
- Stays of two weeks: Intermediate cleaning (2 hours, performed by 2 people) at mid-stay, cost of 90 €. Final cleaning at the end of the second week, cost of 275 €.
- Stays of three weeks: Two intermediate cleanings (one in the middle of the first week and one in the middle of the second week), each costing 90 €. Final cleaning at the end of the third week, cost of 275 €.
- Stays of one month: Three intermediate cleanings (one at the end of each week), each costing 90 €. Final cleaning at the end of the month, cost of 350 €.

3. Tourist tax:
- 1 € per adult per day for the first 7 days of the booking.

4. Low season supplements (October 15 to April 15):
- Weekly stays: Heating: 300 € per week.
- One-month stay: Supplement of 800 € per month to cover the costs of water, electricity, and gas according to actual consumption.

5. Late check-in:
- Arrivals between 20:00 and 00:00: Supplement of 45 €.
- Arrivals after 00:00: Supplement of 70 €.

6. Surcharge for number of guests:
- The base price is for a family of up to 6 people.
- For 2 families and up to 8 people, a surcharge of 1,000 € per week applies.

7. Refundable damage deposit:
- 1,000 € for weekly rentals.
- 1,500 € for monthly rentals.
- The deposit is refunded 7 days after check-out.

Sitges Centre Mediterranean House - 5 Bedrooms:
This unique, single-family home (newly renovated in 2015), is equipped with 5 double bedrooms (sleeping up to 10 people), 4 bathrooms and enjoys many large open terrace and patio spaces. It also offers a private, rooftop swimming pool which is a very special feature for a home located in the centre of town!
On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room divided into two distinct areas; one with beautiful, comfortable leather sofas and a state of the art 70' LED Smart TV, and a separate area with large comfortable armchairs for a more cozy environment near the fireplace (a real advantage for our late Autumn and Winter guests).
There is a beautiful kitchen with ample facilities for indoor dining, and the latest in modern appliances including a double door American style refrigerator and an extra wide professional oven (if you enjoy cooking...this is your kitchen)!. One of the most unique features of the ground floor is a fantastic outdoor courtyard to enjoy exterior dining with direct access to the living room and kitchen including a modern gas BBQ for outdoor grilling.

This home is ideally located right in the Centre of Sitges which is a major advantage from other properties. Typically, in the centre of town you can only find smaller apartments which often require you to divide your family/friends between different locations. Moreover, apartments can never offer you the same level of intimacy as a private home. On the other hand, if you look for a larger villa, you must be prepared move to the outskirts of the town and often a 15-20 minute car ride is required to reach the centre of Sitges as well as it´s beautiful beaches. With this property, you get the BEST OF BOTH WORLDS!
You and your family/friends can enjoy the privacy of a single family home while still enjoying the best of Sitges all in 3-5 minute WALKING DISTANCE! If you don´t feel like renting a car, there is absolutely no need! That also helps saves on additional expenses and the daily coordination of activities is so much easier as you don´t have to worry about managing transportation. Everyone can just do their 'own' thing. Everything you will need is within footsteps of the house (beaches, stores, restaurants, etc). Also, if you plan to commute to Barcelona centre, it couldn´t be easier!
