- "We celebrated my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary with a group of 18 (ages 5-75) at the amazing Casa Nova estate. It was perfect! It is tucked away in the Garraf Park, which means the road to get there is a bit of an adventure (narrow dirt track), but it also means that once you are there you are in a private, secluded setting that is gorgeous! I’m not sure I would want to drive the entrance road in the dark, but that was never required. The many late-night dinners together on the patio with stunning scenery and no one nearby to be concerned about noise were a highlight of the trip... perhaps only outdone by the incredible pool! The surrounding hills and trees made for wonderful family pictures. When you decide to go into town the Sitges stores, beaches and train station (which we used for an easy day trip to Barcelona) are just 15 minutes away. The owners were very responsive before and during our stay and quickly answered any questions or concerns we had. I would also highly recommend their on-site caterer, Cloud9. We had two wonderful dinners from them. The kitchen is large and very well-appointed for the other meals that we cooked on our own."

The villa is only 2 km away from the Sitges downtown, only 30' if you are like to walk. Is located in a very quiet neigborhood, Vallpineda, and perfect for familys and any person that find a special place to desconection. Inside the neighbohood there is a big sport facilities with tennis and padel courts as well.
The villa have are 4 rooms, all with air conditioning and double beds. The main room is really awesone with a very large bathroom with jacuzzi, king size bed and a terrifics views to the Medieterranean sea. Other room have a king size bed and bathroom included. And the others two rooms are equipped with a queen size bed. The living room also has air conditioning and you can cook that you want in our fantastic barbecue installled in the pool area.

Please, note that the INDIGO villa has been recently renovated in spring 2019, which means that the kitchen and all 4 bathrooms have been updated in a modern and functional design.

The living and dining area plus all bedrooms have been redecorated and refreshed with white color and the Mediterranean islands mood in mind as our inspiration.

First thing you notice upon entering the property is the large private garden surrounding the house. It has an 11mts x 4mts private pool, perfect for children to play and adults to relax.

The back side of the house has a barbeque zone with a gas barbeque (butane cylinder provided by the villa owner) where you will be able to cook some delicious meals that you can enjoy sitting on the porch along with a glass of good local wine.

There is also a parking space for 2 or 3 cars inside the enclosure although it´s not difficult to park on the street in front of the villa.

The private garden is so big that you will have enough room to relax and sunbath while your kids will be safely running around and playing football.

Once inside, the house has been fully remodeled and redecorated in an island style, giving it the perfect mood for a relaxing holidays.

INDIGO House is spread over two floors and features 4 double bedrooms, one triple bedroom, and 4 full bathrooms. In the games room, there is a sofa bed suitable for one adult or two children, available upon request and always before booking (with a small additional cost). It is also possible to add a single bed in one of the bedrooms for an occasional guest, also upon prior request and with a supplement.

The ground floor has a huge room with two separate areas, one with a set of comfortable sofas accommodating up to 10 guests and a dining area with a large table and chairs sitting up to 12 guests. Please, bear in mid that the fireplace is for decoration purpose only. Also on the ground floor our guests will find a brand new full equipped good size kitchen, a games room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

The games room is equipped with a TV, a sofa bed, some puffs and many toys and games.

One of the bedrooms has a double bed, another one has also a double bed plus a single bed and the third one is equipped with a bunk bed. Each bedroom has its own storage space and bathroom.

Both rooms with a double bed plus the living and dining area have direct access to the private garden.

Outside there is a large porch with two different areas, the dining room with a table and chairs and also the chill out area, with a coffee table and some armchairs, the perfect place to relax and unwind your mind.

Back inside, a flight of stairs leads our guests from the dining area to the upper floor, equipped with two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other one with a bunk bed) and a full bathroom in between.

Even though the villa is really fresh and airy, there are two AC units in the villa, one in the master bedroom on the upper floor and the other one in the green bedroom on the ground level. The house also offers fiber optic internet connection.

The house is equipped with many cabinets available to customers, although a few are closed as they are used by the owners to store their personal belongings. We will apreciate you to respect these private spaces.

This property has video surveillance elements. These elements are only operational when the property is uninhabited (periods without reservations) in order to avoid theft and occupation. The devices can also be disabled by the guests by closing the optical lens.

Like many buildings in Sitges, our house is not far from the railway, so you may hear the trains whilst from the garden, depending on the wind’s direction. However, there are hardly no trains running at night. Do not hesitate to contact us to clarify any doubt regarding this matter.

We recommend a vehicle to raise and lower the urbanization. You can park at the bottom of the urbanization and then go to Sitges walking: Beaches, downtown Sitges, shops, etc ... all a 1 minute drive down the urbanization and 18 minutes walk (Stairs of Neighburhood).

The beaches of Sitges as the center are 5 minutes by car, 10 minutes on foot. Car is recommended.

Carrefour Market is 2 km from the Villa. 7 minutes from the beach of San Sebastián by car. 30 minutes from Barcelona by car. The nearest restaurants and bars are 2 km from the Villa.
Finally, 850 meters from the Villa, there is the Mirador de Levantina Sitges where you can enjoy the magnificent view!

Beach Villa Aralinn The Beach Villa Aralinn in Sitges has been beautifully restored and partly modernised with all comforts in mind, but also trying to maintain its old charm and typical features of a traditional Mediterranean house , such as beamed ceilings, whitewashed walls, wooden shutters and wrought iron bars.

Despite its location in the city centre, the house offers a haven of tranquillity in a spacious accommodation spread over 3 floors.

The entrance of the house leads directly into the attractive dining room with an antique solid wood table and chairs. There are also two wooden rocking chairs, a fireplace (not in use) and some traditional furniture that give a special touch to the space.

The dining room leads to a small interior courtyard (open to the sky) with a beautiful collection of local plants.

From here, our guests will find the kitchen, which maintains its original cupboards and charm, but all appliances, such as oven, stove, fridge/freezer and even the sink, have been modernised for the convenience of our guests. The kitchen is large enough to accommodate a small round table and two chairs, perfect for grabbing a quick breakfast before jumping onto the beach.

Furthermore, at street level, our guests will find a large living room with two white three-seater sofas each, an armchair, a fireplace (not in use), a small collection of Catalan ceramics and old paintings by local artists on the walls. This area is directly connected to the kitchen and the dining room mentioned above.

A flight of stairs with beautiful blue and white tiles leads to the first floor where our guests will find all the bedrooms.

The master bedroom features an impressive solid wood double bed with carved wooden headboard. There are three further bedrooms on this level, two of them with a double bed each and the last one with two single beds, one hidden under the other (trundle bed) so the villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people in 4 double bedrooms. All bedrooms have ceiling fans to cool the air on summer nights.

There are two modern bathrooms on the first floor, each with shower, sink and toilet.

Further up, on the second floor, our guests will find a large multipurpose room with different areas including a study area with a large glass table ideal for working on the computer, a living area with a sofa, flat-screen TV and two armchairs and another chill-out area with a beautiful sofa with an iron frame and cushions imitating antique mattresses, the perfect place for a moment of relaxation.

But the highlight of this level and also of the entire property is the spacious and well-equipped terrace that opens from the multipurpose room.

The terrace has an L-shaped sofa, some additional chairs and many local plants, most of the year, in bloom. This terrace is a very special place to relax with your family or friends. You will surely enjoy unforgettable evenings on this terrace!

There is also a third full bathroom with a shower on this floor.

Finally, another flight of stairs leads to the rooftop terrace, where our guests can enjoy stunning views of the rooftops of the old town and partial sea views.

There is a small laundry room accessible from the roof terrace where our guests will find the washing machine and some cleaning utensils.

Thanks to its thick walls, the entire property is well insulated from the summer heat, but there is an air conditioning unit on the second, warmer floor to provide additional comfort for our guests. Likewise, there is a new air conditioner on the ground floor to keep the common areas cool. And during the winter months, the villa is equipped with central heating via hot water radiators.

Villa Aralinn is a wonderful example of a traditional Sitges property on a quiet street and just a few steps from the beach with a beautiful private roof terrace providing a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the town centre. Reminders: We do not recommend this villa to people who may have difficulty accessing the rooms via several stairs and we suggest keeping younger children under supervision at all times.

Please note that the villa is located on a pedestrian street, so it is not possible to access the main door by car. The villa does NOT have a parking space.

- "This is a beautiful home on the promenade with only a quiet street to cross to reach the sandy beach. We rented bikes to get about town although the town center is only about 20 mins walk away. The management company was very responsive to our one minor issue - a leaking fridge in the master bedroom with a maintenance man arriving within a couple of hours. The kitchen had everything needed including everyday and fancy china. Three of our group enjoyed playing golf at the big hotel close by. I would suggest upgrading the bed linens in the master bedroom as our bottom sheet wasn't deep enough to reliable stay on the bed, but the bed was very comfortable."

The beaches of Sitges as well as the centre are 3 minutes by car, 15 minutes on foot. Car recommended.

Carrefour Market is 2 km from the villa. San Sebastian beach is 7 minutes drive. 30 minutes from Barcelona by car. The nearest restaurants and bars are 2 km from the Villa.
Finally, 850 metres from the Villa, you will find the Levantina Sitges viewpoint where you can enjoy the magnificent view!

The first suite is opposite the entrance. Large double bed and en-suite bathroom. A balcony runs the length of the first floor and connects the rooms. Several tables and seating areas allow you to enjoy the views of the sea and the pool, 2 floors below.

The hallway leads to two further bedrooms with double beds, a full bathroom and a bedroom with a single bed.

A staircase leads to a bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed, and a full bathroom.

A few more steps lead down to the living room and dining room. The room has large sliding glass windows that illuminate the villa throughout the day and allow you to enjoy the incredible sea view. Once opened, they reveal a wonderful and comfortable indoor/outdoor space.

At the back is the sofa in front of the TV, a large wooden table and on the other side, the open plan kitchen which is fully equipped.

You enter an area rich in vegetation that transmits a great sense of peace. The Beach House Paradise

Typical modernist style town house located in the old town of Sitges, just 3 minutes from San Sebastián beach and 10 minutes walk from the train station.

We redesigned the interior to make it more welcoming and sophisticated by painting the bedroom walls in a varied colour palette and recycling furniture from antique shops. The result is a fresh and vibrant space, which remains true to the overall modernist aesthetic. Named after the quintessential tropical flower "Bird of Paradise", it is a conscious retreat from the big city that reminds us to live life in joy and freedom, always true to our purpose. The house is conveniently distributed over two floors; on the ground floor there are the common areas and the kitchen, while on the upper floor there are 4 double bedrooms with artistic finishes and a full bathroom. Two of the rooms have a double bed and have been designed for couples; one is elegantly decorated with touches of gold and dove grey, while the main wall of the other has been painted with a thick striped pattern of white and indigo, a much more relaxed style. Both share a large terrace overlooking the front yard of the house with a surprise! A chill out space with an 8-seater dining table to celebrate an outdoor brunch or dinner under the stars. On this same level, on the other side of the house, there are 2 other bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, perfect for children or adults traveling together, but separate. You can choose between kelly green and magenta, that's the only difference between them. Both have large windows that allow sunlight throughout the day, as well as custom ceiling lamps and suspended wall coat racks. We wanted all the rooms to be unique and original and that's why we decided not to place the usual closets. Separating the double bedrooms from the single bedrooms is a full bathroom that opens onto the stairs leading down to the first floor. Here there is a dining room on one side and the kitchen and living room on the other. For this renovation, we naturally kept items that were in fairly good condition, such as the TV console, the hall sideboard and the bedside tables, so that we could restore them while capturing our personality in them. This is most evident on the ground floor, where we have kept the modernist patterned tiles on the walls as well as the trapezoid-shaped tiles on the stairs. The dining table can seat up to 8 people on vintage French chairs, purchased from a local stall that has closed its doors. Be sure to look in the mirror before sitting down at the table! Mirror, mirror…….which door do you open? This room opens directly onto the patio with artificial grass, Sitges blue walls and bamboo furniture. It is undoubtedly the best place to hang out with family and friends, as it includes a barbecue, a ping pong table, sun loungers and an outdoor shower. Under the shade of the pergola, the warm summer days, when the sun shines overhead, will feel as light as the sea breeze. Outside, sheltered by the upstairs terrace, there is also a storage room with a washing machine and a bathroom with a shower. Back in the dining room inside the house, we find two armchairs and a coffee table, the perfect combination for playing cards or sharing a drink. We haven't updated the kitchen, but we have included all the necessary appliances of modern life: microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and some extra storage. We added a vintage vinyl rug to continue the aesthetic of the rest of the rooms. Finally, just off it is a living room with a large TV screen and two sofas, one of which is also a double bed. All in all, it's a much more intimate place for overnight guests as well as a fabulous movie room. Ave Paraiso is a traditional 4-bedroom Mediterranean home with an American shabby chic feel influenced by the owners' background; each room will surprise you with genuine details and restored furniture. Notably, he used large panels on the main walls of homes, featuring small square windows. HILLTOP HEAVEN stands proudly on a hillside, defying gravity with elegance. Its design is carefully planned to accommodate the slope of the land, resulting in several flights of stairs, each leading toward magic.

The main entrance is at the top of the villa, while the garden and pool area are at the lower part of the property. On the entry level, you’ll find two spacious bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower. One of the bedrooms features two double beds, and its large windows perfectly showcase Legorreta’s architectural style.

The other bedroom on this level is equipped with a double bed, a sofa and a table with chairs. However, the highlight of this room is a gigantic world map adorning the main wall. Here, past travels and future destinations intertwine, creating a canvas of adventures waiting to be explored.

Descending a first flight of stairs brings you to the intermediate or main level, where most of the house’s daytime activities take place. In this spacious double-height space, you’ll find a fully equipped open kitchen, a bar with several stools, a small room adjacent to the kitchen for additional storage, an indoor dining area, and a separate toilet with a sink and WC.

But the standout feature of this level is the spectacular terrace, located just a few meters from the kitchen. With unbeatable views stretching into infinity, the terrace invites us to share moments. The 12-guest dining table becomes the epicenter of laughter, starlit dinners, and whispered secrets at dusk. Perched atop a hill where the sky meets the sea, HILLTOP HEAVEN emerges. Situated in the exclusive residential area of La Llevantina, a community of high-standing homes nestled on the hillside, this gem offers spectacular panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea, the Aiguadolç harbor, the historic center of Sitges, and its beaches.

The Garraf Natural Park lies just behind the house, providing countless opportunities for hiking and cycling excursions. While having your own car is recommended for staying at this property, there’s also a local bus service connecting the Llevantina urbanization to Sitges during the day, and taxis are also available day and night.

Barcelona’s international airport is a mere 30 km away, and the nearest beach, La Marina de Aiguadolç, is approximately 2 km from the villa. The historic and commercial center of Sitges is 4.5 km away, and a Carrefour supermarket is conveniently located 2.2 km away.

Although the access to the villa by car is via a picturesque and winding road, there is also an easy pedestrian path with stairs if you prefer to walk to the town center, the beach or the nearby Carrefour supermarket.

As described, I would not suggest this house for peopler with mobility challenges or small children as there are many stairs and floors to this home. Only item to plan for is there are only a few "starter" toiletries, paper supplies or soap. - "Villa Bali is a lovely property situated on the hill overlooking Sitges in the Levantina area of Sitges (if you know the town, it's up the hill behind the Melia hotel). The property itself has a lovely pool in front of us, which the owner (who lives next door) helpfully topped up and cleaned once a week as it was very warm. The property itself has 5 bedrooms which all have air conditioning. Two of the bedrooms share a balcony which runs along the whole front of the house on the upper floor. Two other bedrooms on the upper floor are on either side. There is then a bedroom on the ground floor. Some listings have the property as having six bedrooms, and there are beds in the room in the basement floor, but we didn't use this as a bedroom as it didn't have air conditioning or curtains to screen against the lite. Josep and his son Jaime were incredibly kind hosts and showed us around the property beforehand as well as being on hand for minor maintenance issues (lightbulbs etc.) during the nearly 2 months of our stay. The property itself is about a 5 minute walk from Balmins beach and about a brisk 15 minute walk to the edge of Sitges town centre. The San Sebastián beach is between the two. This is an idea place for a family get away - close enough to town that you can walk even with quite young children but far enough that you feel like you can get away. In the valley of pine trees and vineyards, isolated from the hustle and bustle but not far from the action, stands Villa Mar del Este. Comprising a total of 2 floors plus a basement.

It has a private pool 8*5 meters from 1 meter to 1.70 meters deep and an outdoor one of 12 meters from 3.5 meters to 2 meters deep, overlooking the valley, where you can enjoy endlessly, as it has pool games (balls, mats...). A solarium pergola crowns it and serves as a corner to protect from the sun.

Its interior is bright, warm, and spacious. Its furniture is modern, its layout open. A living-dining room dominates the mountains thanks to a huge window. It also offers a reading area or a quiet corner.

The house has a total of 6 bedrooms, distributed on different floors; on the first floor, you will find 1 bedroom, on the second 3 bedrooms, on the basement floor 1, and finally, in the garden, you will find another bedroom.

OUTSIDE OF THE VILLA:

Villa Mar del Este is a private villa that does not share spaces with any other residence. However, a few meters from the house, there are numerous trails to walk among pine trees and wildflowers. The Garraf Natural Park offers countless paths to discover on foot, running, cycling, or by car. It has a terrace, outdoor dining area, and parking at the foot of the house.

2. Cleaning Costs:
- Stays up to one week: The cost of final cleaning at the end of the stay is €250.
- Stays of two weeks: Includes a mid-stay cleaning of 2 hours by 2 people at a cost of €80, and a full final cleaning at the end of the second week for €250.
- Stays of three weeks: Includes two mid-stay cleanings (one halfway through the first week and another halfway through the second week), each at a cost of €80, and a full final cleaning at the end of the third week for €250.
- Stays of one month: Includes three mid-stay cleanings at the end of each week, each at a cost of €80, and a full final cleaning at the end of the month for €350.

3. Tourist Tax:
- €1 per adult (over 18 years) per day, applicable during the first 7 days.

4. Low Season Surcharges (October to April):
- For stays of one month, a surcharge of €800 per month will be applied for water, electricity, and gas costs based on actual consumption.
- For stays of one week or less, a heating/electricity/gas surcharge of €300 per week will be applied.

5. Short Weekend Stays:
- Depending on the season, a surcharge may apply.

6. Late Arrival:
- Between 8 p.m. and midnight: Surcharge of €45.
- After midnight: Surcharge of €70.

7. Deposit:
- The deposit is €1000.

- "We stayed in September for a family birthday and Villa Oasis was a perfect choice. The house exceeded our expectations - beautiful, stylish house furnished to a very high quality. The location was excellent - on the hillside with incredible views over the sea and of the old town and church illuminated at night and on the other side of the house is the Garraf national park for beautiful walks and horse riding a short walk away. We loved the swimming pool at the Villa and the beautiful tropical gardens. Plenty of space for us all to relax around the pool and just enjoy the stunning view. We walked down the hill to the beach and into town a couple of times but definitely recommend a taxi for the return back up the hill! I would recommend a car for ease of getting about. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beautiful designer villa. We didn't want to leave! Highly recommended and we are already planning a return stay in 2014."

Villa Tulum is a luxurious hacienda style beach villa refurbished in 2016 with high end minimalist design and an easy distribution which makes this villa perfect for a family or a group of friends to enjoy a relaxing holiday together in the exclusive area of Terramar, just a stone’s throw from the seafront in Sitges. 6 bedrooms sleeping 12 people in 4 ensuites and 2 twin bedrooms.

Villa Tulum has a large flat enclosed garden with several mature palm trees and a 20m swimming pool allowing guests to improve their swim stroke as opposed to just taking a dip. Also facing the garden is alfresco dining allowing diners full enjoyment of the garden and pool simultaneously, especially great for families with kids.

With natural wood floors and wooden beams throughout; these and the use of other raw materials allow old to meet new creating an atmosphere that is sleek yet minimalistic in style.

Please note the following important conditions when a heated pool is an option at this villa
A heated pool is an option usually during end of April, May, Sept and early October to extend the Summer season.
Ambient temperatures must be more than 15 degrees in order for the pool to heat. During colder winter months the heat dissipates too quickly.
A heated pool must be requested at least one week in advance – the process can take up to 72 hours.
The water temperature of a heated pool can vary between 21-28 degrees, yet this is not guaranteed as weather conditions such as rainfall, humidity, wind etc will directly impact the temperature.
Costs: In general, there is a minimum charge of €275 to heat the pool regardless of the number of days of use and a fixed weekly charge of €220 thereafter.
Some villas vary from this price.
Please enquire directly with your villa reservations manager if a heated pool is an option for your stay.

- "Great villa! Enjoyed the lap pool w/ fence for child safety (not pictured), 1 block from calm beach w/ chairs/bar, great for kids. Property manager set us up w/ groceries, a chef, and photographer ahead of time, all great. We rented bikes to shorten the journey to the center of town to a 5min ride...but the 20min walk is lovely and flat too. Villa and property are beautiful. Great back patio w/ wall of jasmine and dining area. Nice big fron lawn w/ hamocks and sunbathing chairs. Separate quarters great for a couple families. Some confusion around deposit before arrival but it worked out. Wifi didn't work on arrival but they fixed in a couple days given was a weekend. Provided full kitchen utensils and equipment, but would be nice to have a few more basics like more trash bags, paper towels, salt/pepper, olive oil etc. Or at least suggest those be included in the pre grocery run to inform not provided. That said, ordering on Glovo is insanely fast/easy. Overall really happy w/ our stay and hope to return! Gracias!"
