In front, we have the C32 (highway), the train and the beach, the land with trees and 40 meters from the entrance of the (URL HIDDEN) apartment entrance is the kitchen, followed by a living room where there are 2 beds (large bed 150 x 190 and single bed 90x190), 1 sofa bed and (optional) 1 folding bed, a bathroom and its bathtub. You have a sun terrace with a table and chairs and 2 sun loungers. The back of the house is just the rocky mountain which cannot be accessed. IT IS FORBIDDEN TO ENTER WITH THE CAR--- IT IS FORBIDDEN TO CONSUME ANY TYPE OF DRUG INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE APARTMENT.(PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE AD)

If you want to extend your stay with a call, we can help.
1. pay the Sitges tourist tax of 1,00€ per guest, per night (adults only)
2. if you arrive later than 11:00 pm(11:00 PM) at night, it will have an extra charge of 40 euros since there is no reception a person has to travel to check in
3. All guests must be identified with passport or identification to complete the official police registration.
4. Although the accommodation is like your own home, no parties, social gatherings or smoking(smoking on balconies if the suite has it). Our neighbors should not be disturbed at all. Please note that it is not allowed to make loud noises after 10 p.m. and before 9 a.m. If this happens, we may ask you to leave and charge you for the entire reservation.
5. Remember to bring the keys with you, if you lose them at night or leave them inside, we will have to charge you 50 euros for emergency assistance.
6.To avoid unnecessary energy consumption, the planet and we will appreciate if you turn off the lights, heating and AC system while leaving the apartment.
7. We expect you to leave the suite on reasonable terms. Please remove the trash and leave it in the street bins.
8. Report any damage to us so that we can resolve it as quickly as possible. We're here to help.
9. Enjoy your stay as much as possible!

1. Departure is 11:00 and leave the accommodation tidy. Please do not leave trash inside the room. You must leave it in the street containers.
2. Leave the keys on the table and make sure to close the door.

Welcome to our little paradise in the best area of Sitges. We are a small Bed & Breakfast with just 2 suite/apartaments and 2 bedrooms single/double. All with lots of space to have distance and to keep safe. Our bedrooms have shared bath and toilets that are cleaned and desinfected every day. Commun area is used for a maximum of 10 persons. Easy cooking can be made in our main kitchen the guests can also use our BBQ at the pool terrace. Homemade meals and breakfast

Ashram villa Sunshine is placed in the best area of Sitges. 15 minutes walk down the hill to nearest super market and beaches and port or 25 minutes walk to th Sitges city center. with car/taxi 3-5 minutes. The local bus number 3 goes every half hour between 7-21 o clock.

Your apartment is an annex to the main villa, so the garden & pool are potentially shared with owners family and other guests. You have full access to the grounds, including lounge areas and BBQ. Sea views from your private terrace, and a quick walk to Garraf beach. Also super close to the train station for easy access to Barcelona, Sitges, or Castelldefelds.
