- "The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a few issues as one of our party is a wheelchair user and the first ramps they had were not suitable. However they got a carpenter to custom make a couple of ramps that meant he could get into the main building. It was fixed 45 min after I contacted the property, as they live 30 min away and that was after a couple of hours trying to wait for the heating to pump up. Hot water was not working in the shower. Was told that I was the first client in a week and that it takes a long time, but I had to wait for 30 min for the water to turn hot. These two aspects are fundamental in winter and the property should have been properly maintained, and they failed to do so. I asked for a courtesy discount to compensate and was told I needed to ask Hotels.com. "

The only downside for us (which had nothing to do with the hotel at all) was we couldn't really talk/chat/exchange much there as we didn't speak much Deutsch. The waiters and people working there were also mainly more fluent in german than in english. But with a bit of time, we always got understood. Rooms were clean and cleaning was very discreet. We often went to breakast and when back, the beds were done, towels changed, and bathroom cleaned."

A little house of two floors, located in a seperated building across our home, offers you a family atmosphere in a independent space. The first part of the patio is for the guest, to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather of Mallorca.

We have a dog, a Labrador. very friendly and with children no problem (we have 2 daughters of 5 and 6 years). The dog is not able to enter the patio in front of the guesthouse nor the guesthouse.
