- "Amazing location" - "We loved our stay. My niece and I shared a twin room and were super comfortable, had heaps of room for all our clothes and swimsuits and the beds were giant. The decoration suited the price and the whole place was pretty instagramable. The breakfast team did their best to adapt to a coeliac diet at short notice and got some substitution. Had we contacted in advance maybe it would have been better. The pool isn't big enough for doing laps. Just great for cooling off and getting back in the sun. The least attractive area is the actual bar by the pool. It's quite disorganised looking and doesn't inspire much confidence, but the drinks were fine. The location is great with a neighbors beach right nearby and a choice of a few good restaurants with Spanish menus. You can walk further into more clubby areas and more western menus. The hotel was quiet as it was up a side street. Staff were amazing and really friendly. The jewel of this place was the massive shower room you could use after checking out if you went to the beach and wanted to freshen up before your flight home. Would definitely stay again."

- "Great location, friendly staff!!" - "It was all great. " - "We stayed here last week, 4 girlfriends, for a weekend of fun. We could not have been more pleased with the hotel. The apartment was super clean, spacious with great bathrooms and kitchen facilities. Beds very comfortable. The air con was superb and very welcome after a day in the sun. There’s a nice roof terrace with pool if you don’t wish to venture far. It’s not noisy at night (but maybe we were lucky that weekend). Breakfast was wonderful, everything you could want for breakfast; continental, freshly made eggs and bacon, pancakes, fruit, pastries (even PG tips for your morning cuppa). The hotel itself is a 2 min walk across the road to the beach (busyish road), with plenty of bars and restaurants. You can walk into the old town in half an hour or so. We found a gravelly track - I’m sure there’s a more direct way. The staff are super lovely and helpful. One thing to note (not related to hotel) is the issue with taxis. Whilst we were ok for the majority of the time, taxis at certain times can be hard to find. We were waiting for 40 mins once for a restaurant booking. I would whole heartedly recommend these apartments. "

It's 40m from de beach with AACC an d wifi free. I'ts quite but near to the center, with all services: doctor, restaurants, shops, supermarkets.... There is a sofabed where it can slepp 1 people

Cozy apartment only 40 meters from the beach. Fully equipped, it has a bedroom with double bed, living room-kitchen, bathroom and balcony where, you can eat. It is exterior. It has a room with key where you can keep on the bikes in the basement
It is in in the north of Mallorca, the most fascinating and longest beach of the island: the Bay of Alcudia. This is a quiet but central , you can find all services: restaurants, supermarkets, butchers, greengrocers, medical services, clothing stores, clubs, pubs, church ... You can practice all kinds of water sports. You can choose the type of holiday that you want.
There are miles of virgin beach and all other with all kind of sevcives.
About 4 km there is the Albufera Natural Park with a variety of birds.

The apartment is located on the upper floor. It has a covered terrace, plus a small rear terrace. The interiors are classic, but well maintained and recently dressed. First, we find a living/dining room comfortably furnished, with a sofa bed, a table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped. In the hallway we find a bathroom with bath, toilet and washbasin, and 2 double bedrooms with wardrobes and ceiling fans. One of them, in addition, with access to the rear terrace.

The lively Puerto Alcudia with its promenade and the beautiful old town of Alcudia can be reached by car or bus directly from the main road in a few minutes. The old fishing harbour, where you can buy fresh fish, is definitely worth a visit.

Along the modern marina a nice promenade has been created, which is a pedestrian zone inviting you to stroll under the palm trees. Very good restaurants, bars and various shops offer a variety of Mediterranean specialities and international dishes as well as good shopping opportunities.

A short 25-minute walk will take you to the old town of Alcudia, which has become very popular in recent years and is one of the most beautiful on the island. The old town is surrounded by a wall and the interior is full of terraces, cafés, shops, shops of all kinds, where you can experience the true spirit of Mallorca.

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.
Per day and person, the tax is
from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and
from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros.
From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.
