- "We absolutely loved our stay here. The patio was perfect for lounging, yoga and the views. Just steps from the sea, restaurants and shopping. Walk to the Drachu Caves. Private, covered parking. 15 min drive from the Raphal Nadal Academy. The apartment is spacious with adequate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is a snapshot in time and charming as can be. If you're lucky enough to be able to book it - go ahead. It won't disappoint!" - "We had a lovely holiday here with our two children. The beach is literally a five second walk and the balcony is a great spot for an evening drink (a bit too hot during the day!). Porto Cristo had lots of good restaurants - we liked Treinta-1, Quince and Flamingo. Inca market was good to wander round on a Thursday morning. The water in the Port was fine but not very clear (due to the boats) compared to bays round the corner like Cala Anguila and Romantica which had crystal clear water. Alvaro was very helpful and there to meet us on arrival and the apartment was just as photographed. The only thing that marred it a little was that I found the beds and pillows very uncomfortable, I would maybe recommend bringing your own pillow! And it could do with one more comfy chair in the sitting room. But we had a lovely time and I would happily recommend! Thanks Alvaro."

This cosy, comfortable and bright holiday flat is located in Porto Cristo, Manacor. It has been completely refurbished trying to take care of all the details. It has 1 bedroom with a bed of 1.60 cm and 2 bedrooms with a bed of 90 cm and spacious wardrobes; 1 bathroom, balcony, living-dining room. It is centrally located and only 150 m from the beach on foot. It is the perfect place to enjoy your family holidays.

Let me help you explore all the nooks and crannies of this apartment. Ready for your well-deserved vacation? Porto Comfort is, so let me tell you what it's like:

The Access: It is accessed from the communal staircase on the second floor of a residential building through a smart lock that will make your entrance to the apartment very easy and safe.

The balcony and the living room: As soon as you open the front door you will see a living room with large glass doors with plenty of light (all day long) that leads to the balcony. Right there, on the coffee table, we will leave you a welcome basket with interesting information and a small guide with the functioning of the apartment. We think you will find it very useful and let me know what you think!

We have thought that a morning breakfast on the balcony enjoying the sun, is something you will have to experience, so we have placed a small table with two chairs. We hope you like it!

Thinking that you can always add a traveler at the last minute, we have placed a sofa bed that opens very easily.

We don't think you'll have time to watch TV, with so many places to visit. Still, just in case, we have placed a smart tv so you can watch series and movies. Remember to write me for any questions, but you have all the necessary information in the instructions that we will leave in the welcome basket.

If by any chance you are one of those who like to eat at a large table with space to place all the food, we have the solution for you. The dining table is extendable up to 6 people, so you can start ordering giant pizzas! As a curious fact, I tell you that the refrigerator will be next to it, so it will be very easy to get a refreshing drink just by stretching your arm.

The kitchen: Just to the right of the dining room you will find the kitchen. It is small, but we calculated the space well so that you can have: washer/dryer, dishwasher, induction hob, extractor fan, electric oven and microwave. In addition, you have a kettle, nespresso coffee machine, pots, pans, plates, glasses... do some research and open all the cupboards, there is plenty of storage space.

You will see that the sink faucet has 2 outlets. This is because we have installed an Osmosis system, so you can drink water directly from the faucet (by opening the left faucet). We have also installed a decalcification system for the water in the whole house, so you can take a shower and wash your clothes with a lighter water, as the water in Mallorca usually contains a lot of lime.

Right there, you have the access to the little patio, as we affectionately call it because it is tiny. There you will find place to hang the clothes, some cleaning utensils and the water heater. It runs on city gas.

Bedrooms: The apartment has 3 bedrooms with closets in each of them. The double room is at the end and is next to the bathroom. The other two are single, and have a 90 cm bed, but there is space for you to leave your suitcase and read a book before going to sleep, if you love reading, as we have tried to put a lamp.

Bathroom: I hope you like it as much as I do. There is a little secret cabinet on the wall. By the way, it was our idea, I think it will be ideal for storing your things. There you can find the hair dryer and the hair iron, and some other little things. I'd love to hear what you thought of this idea! There was some family debate on whether to put it there or not, so drop me a comment, and let me know if you found it useful.

We would like to inform you that in Spain, it is compulsory to pay a tourist tax called ECOTASA.

This payment can be made upon arrival in cash, via bank transfer, or using Bizum, whichever method is more convenient for you.

If your stay is from 01/05 to 31/10, it will be considered the high season. In this case, you will need to pay 2€ for each person over 16 years old for each night of your stay in the flat. However, if you stay for more than 9 nights, this tax will be reduced by 1€.

If your stay is from 01/11 to 30/04, it will be considered the low season. During this period, you will need to pay 0.50€ for each person over 16 years old for each night of your stay in the flat. Similarly, if you stay for more than 9 nights, this tax will be reduced by 0.25€.

The space
The apartment for up to 5 people is located in a very popular and unique location in Porto Cristo in 1st sea line and just a few meters from the beautiful sandy beach and the harbor of Porto Cristo. The view from the balcony of the beach and sea is breathtaking.

The apartment can be reached by passenger elevator. It impresses with its large living-dining area, from which you have access to the large balcony with a sensational view of the sea and the beautiful harbor of Porto Cristo.

Of course, the apartment is equipped with satellite TV and Wi-Fi.

The fully equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, etc. is located next to the living-dining area. Among other things, a coffee maker is available.
