- "Just returned from a week at the Alua Suites and had a wonderful time with our five year old. The location is spectacular, with incredible views of the ocean, and plenty of amenities and beaches nearby. A great base if you want to explore the island, but equally enough to keep families occupied on site. We did day trips over to Deia and Valdemossa as well as the Saturday market at Satanyi, all of which were incredible and easy if you have a car. We thought the accomodation was good, if a little tired around the edges, but the lack of adequate air conditioning was a big problem (not ideal, being pregnant!). However, the staff arranged for fans in our room which definitely helped make sleeping easier. For a resort at the top end of the market, I wouldn't expect to struggle for good air conditioning, honestly. I really hope this is rectified some time soon! This aside, we loved the experience. The pools were fantastic (we especially loved the small one across the road from the main site) and the kids entertainment was fantastic. Our little girl absolutely loved the Animators and danced her socks off at the minidisco each evening. Truly magical! Huge shout out to Ricky and the girls - you are all amazing. The food was fantastic, great selection and really loved the fact that each evening had a theme. Missing Alua Suites already and can't wait to return one day!"

The air conditioning had fell down on the floor. One night lamp was missing, the other lamps was stained and rusty. The fire alarm was beeping etc. So we got a new apartment, just as bad. The kitchen was so dirty we didn’t even use it. It was rusty and dusty, it also attracted bugs. The air conditioner didn’t work. We let reception know about the air conditioner not working, the fridge was a freezer, and how dirty the place was. They didn’t clean it and didn’t fix it. They also didn’t compensate us or did anything to help at all really. We were met with an annoyed condescending manager and helpless employees. The cue in reception is about 30min to an hour long no matter what time of day you go there. Would not recommend."

- "The unique thing about this hotel that this is a chain of hotels which are close to each other. the Inturotel Esmeralda Park has many facilities which are available to the resindents of other Inturotel hotels. It has access to the fantastic individual beach below the swimming pools cascades. A buitiful view. Huge breakfast and dining facilities are available at the Park hotel to all Inturotel visitors. At the same time the Esmeralda Garden hotel is a small lovely place not as overcrouded as the Esmeralda Park. It has own lovely swimming pool and it is quieter and less crouded compared to the pool at Esmeralda Park. Near the hotel at least 3 supermarkets at 5 min walk, many other shops, and there are tapas restaurants who offer also a cheesburger with cheeps at an affordable price. Different dining options for different budgets. There are two big play areas for kids and adults which my daughter adored: trampolines, inflatables, electric racing cars, and other. The karaoke bar nearby was fantastic, they had great shows every evening inviting singers to perform from 9-10:30 pm alongside normal karaoke activities at all other times. You come there, order drinks and enjoy the shows. Inturotel was a real discovery for us, definitely coming back. Enjoyed every minute, never had such a variety of activities placed on one spot. No need for a car, accessing everything we need by walking, enough fun for 10 days of stay. There is a car rental nearby, but many buses available."

- "We are just back from a lovely week in this bungalow in Cala dor.It’s in a perfect location overlooking Cala gran beach and was super for us as we love sea swimming,snorkelling etc plus it was only few mins walk to all the resorts facilities as in restaurants,shops etc.We did have a car but you honestly would not need one as it is so well located plus bus stop only round the corner.Apartment is spotlessly clean and bright and airy.The communication with Florence the property manager was excellent and always very prompt.The only thing I would say is that while we were there the water tank in the main bedroom airing cupboard was making a lot of noise during the night so hard to sleep,now it did not impact on us as there we’re only us two so we moved to other bedroom but it may have been an issue if there were four of us.We did say it to Florence and she said she would have a plumber look at it so it may be already taken care of.This aside I would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation to anyone and we really enjoyed our holiday."

Everything you need is near the property and when you enter through the gates of the private property, you enter a calm paradise. The place is very private and all you hear is the sea. You can reach the shops in 2 minutes and the main restaurant area in about 10 minutes. (all by foot!) In the town of Santanyí, approximately 3 km away, you have the opportunity to stroll through typical Mallorcan alleys and browse the numerous tasteful boutiques or the weekly market. Here, no wishes are left unfulfilled, and you are guaranteed to find a beautiful souvenir for your loved ones at home. You will also find larger supermarkets, pharmacies, and ATMs here.

The Oasis apartment is located on the upper floor of a small house and is equipped with a bedroom with a double bed. The living area includes a cosy living room with a kitchenette. The kitchen is well-equipped and allows you to prepare your meals as you wish. The bathroom is fitted with a shower. The apartment has no air conditioning, but fans are available in the bedroom and living area.

A spacious terrace with comfortable furniture is accessible from the living area and bedroom. Here, you can relax, enjoy the sun, and have your meals outdoors. The terrace offers you a private outdoor space to enjoy the warm days and mild evenings.

As a guest of Oasis, you also have access to a large communal pool, which is very suitable for swimming. The pool area is beautifully grown with palm trees and plants. Comfortable loungers are available in the right pool area. Here, you can cool down and relax while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The pool is cleaned twice weekly.

The apartment offers an ideal location for a relaxing holiday by the sea and is the perfect place to fully enjoy the beauty of Cala Santanyi bay. A dreamlike environment awaits you here, which will provide you with unforgettable memories. Parking is available on the street next to the building.

What is in the apartment?
Bed linen and towels are provided for guests. The kitchen has a small basic equipment of spices and oil. Dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 garbage bags are also deposited. If an item is no longer available, it is understood that it will be repurchased for self-catering. Toilets have hand soap and 1-2 toilet rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for basic equipment, please feel free to ask.

Important!
According to official regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. As some booking channels do not collect these fees, you will receive information about this payment separately from your landlord in such cases. Please also note that the agency charges a refundable deposit.

The apartments Marina, Sol i Pins are located right at the entrance to the fishing village of Cala Figuera, we are a group of 6 apartments for the commercialization of tourist stays. In our apartments you will find everything you need to make your stay perfect and in a privileged environment. In Cala Figuera we have one of the most valued natural harbors of the islands, a good number of restaurants that will be liked by all types of travelers as well as many activities offered by different companies in the town. The nearest beach is Cala Santanyí, which is only 2km away, also the Mondragó Natural Park located at 3'5km and the famous beach of Es Caló des Moro which is only 7km away. It features a communal pool and lies just 250 metres from Cala Santanyí beach. The apartment offers a spacious, furnished outdoor terrace and a charming front garden with Mediterranean plants. Internet connection and Wi-Fi are available.

The air-conditioned living and dining area includes a modern open-plan Nolte kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, kettle and toaster), a satellite TV, a lounge table with stools and a comfortable sofa that can easily be converted into a 160 x 200 cm bed. The dining area features a table with four chairs.

The air-conditioned bedroom offers a large built-in wardrobe and a designer double bed with high-quality mattresses, which can be converted into two single beds upon request.
