Vielen Gebrauchsgegenständen sah man ihr Alter und Nutzung an( Geschirr, Küchengeräte), es sollten auch für 4 Personen Kaffeebecher vorhanden sein. Die Dachterrasse hätte auch ein wenig mehr Charme (Blumenkästen waren alle ausgedörrt, ein funktionsfähiger Sonnenschirm fehlte/ nur Restbestände, die wir zusammengebastelt haben) vertragen können. Das Innenbad hat keine extra Lüftung, so dass wir die Tür sehr oft offen ließen."

In Betlem begins an extensive nature reserve (Parc Natural de Llevant), here the road ends, so there is no through traffic in Betlem. Via Betlem and directly above the Bellavista is the Serra de Llevant mountain range with our local mountain Son Morell (Puig d'en Moreel, the highest peak of the Serra de Llevant) as well as a few kilometers away from the legendary Puig de Ferrutx. This creates a setting that is unparalleled: majestic mountain view to one side and paradise sea view to the other, and that without tourist hustle and bustle, quite unique in Mallorca.

In all the paradise surroundings, however, the elementary is also taken care of: a restaurant, a supermarket with everything essentials and a small cafe are located in Betlem and are open most of the year.

Betlem is located 4 km from the coastal village of Colonia de Sant Pere with restaurants, grocery stores, seafront promenade and small marina. This one-storey house has a terrace with two sun loungers and a barbecue, ideal to enjoy a good meal under the Majorcan sun. Because it is in an urbanisation, there are direct neighbours.

Within the house you can find a living room where you can watch a film in the TV-sat or a DVD. During autumn nights you can build a warm fire in the wood stove. It also features 2 fans. The dining area brights with a wooden rustic table where six people can enjoy having lunch and chatting. If you like cooking, there is a well equipped kitchen, including a vitro. In the village, you can find the nautic club with a restaurant, the seafront promenade with bars and more restaurants as well as a grocery shop.
