This beautiful and modern 78 sqm apartment is located above the bay of Port de Soller. Restaurants and the beach can be reached on foot in about 10-15 minutes. An extensive renovation was carried out in 2024. We have completely redesigned the bathroom and equipped it with a walk-in shower and infrared heating for the cooler days. The large living room has a new look with a modern new sofa and new decoration. Both bedrooms and the living room now have hot/cold air conditioning and ensure a pleasant living environment.
The two separate bedrooms have a double bed (160x200) and two single beds (90x200). There is a washing machine in the bathroom. The beautiful white kitchen is open plan with a large refrigerator and oven. Of course, we provide you with fast fiber optic internet free of charge. Enjoy the view of the mountains and the bay from the covered balcony (loggia) or spend time at our large communal pool, which is equipped with loungers and seating. It is a small residential community with a total of only 10 residential units. We offer our apartment for rent in summer and winter due to the air conditioning and infrared heating.

Good to know: Our apartment is on the side of the bay that can be easily reached by bus. Bus stop and several small supermarkets are within walking distance!

- "Fabulous location with unbelievable view of harbor. Spent hours just relaxing on deck. Short down hill walk ( about 50 steps) to beach and all the many restaurants. Unit is located a few flights of stairs down from the car so carrying bags could be difficult for people with mobility issues but was fine for us. Layout of unit was great with 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Finding unit was easy using our google maps. Host was very good in responding and we enjoyed an overall great stay."

Can't say enough about the patio, we had our coffee, wine and all meals out there. No bugs, beautiful view and private. Our flight in was delayed and the owner was very accommodating and communication was good. We needed hand soap and more toilet paper than was provided so I would just recommend when you buy initial groceries, add those to your list. Again, overall an amazing stay. Puerto de Soller: it is a coastal city in the northwest of Mallorca, only about 5 kilometers from Sóller. Its bright location in an almost circular bay, protected by rocks on both sides of the passage to the sea. Today you can find excursion boats, yachts and sailboats. Every afternoon at 5 p.m. fishermen arrive at Puerto de Sóller with some of their catches still alive.

This beautiful one room loft (48 sqm) in Port de Sóller was extensively renovated. The quiet hillside location guarantees a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and partly of the harbor. The new open plan design offers lots of light. The loft is equipped with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 meters) and and a sofa. The living area has been completely redesigned and now includes a comfortable corner couch and a wide screen TV with international channels.
The bright open kitchen (fully equipped) has a 3-ring ceramic hob, microwave and washing machine. The new bathroom with window and large shower has plenty of space. The absolute highlight of this smal loft is the 20 sqm terrace. Since this terrace has a lot of sun both in winter and summer, there is an awning, table and
chairs and sun loungers. The harbor promenade of Port de Sóller is within walking distance (15 min). The view from the terrace – is just a delight; breakfast times easily extend or you can enjoy the evening at sunset with a good Mallorcan wine. Of course, our beautiful apartment has air conditioning (heat and cold) and a rapid fiber internet connection (D100/U100). Hiking trails start just around the corner.

- "This apartment offers a wonderful stay in Port de Soller. The highlight being a spacious balcony with stunning views of the resort and mountains. Everything is provided and Andrea is a wonderful host, who provides all the information you need to enjoy your stay, and who is available to contact anytime. The apartment has good air con, wi-fi and storage space. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen area is small but has everything you need. There was nothing that was lacking during our stay. As others have mentioned, the apartment is at the top of a steep hill with steps to get up or down from it. Unless you are fit and able, this might be a problem. The benefit of this is the view from the balcony, plus the peace and quiet it affords. The centre of the resort, bus stand and taxi rank is no more than around 15 minutes' walk. Usually, if you're going into town, you walk down the apartment block steps to a 30-40 metre path (with more steps), which leads you to the street below from which you can walk into town. If you hire a car, parking spaces on the street above might prove a little difficult, but there looked to be plenty of spaces on the street."

- "This was my third stay at this property, so you can guess I like it. It is located very close to the beach and all the restaurants, bars and beach side facilities. I have a slight walking difficulty so this is important to me when booking a holiday. The property is located on the 2nd floor but there is a lift, although there are a few steps (approximately 6) to reach the lift, not a problem for me. The apartment is very well equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms and the lounge diner, essential as I stayed during the recent heatwave. The kitchen is also very well equipped and would well serve a family who wished to self cater. Personally I prefer to eat out so I have not used the kitchen facilities. I did however, make use of the washing machine as I was staying for 11 days and I do like to travel light. There is also a TV which receives UK channels but I was out and about every day so this was not used very often. I did use it to listen to UK radio on some mornings and also I watched the British F1 Grand Prix, being an F1 fan. The bed in the main bedroom is comfortable and has its own en suite with an excellent shower. Plenty of storage and good supply of towels. The property doesn’t have its own parking but there is a large pay car park right opposite, however, when I stayed in early July the car park filled up very quickly. Overnight there was plenty of space and I believe it’s free after 7pm but do check the signs. I love Port Soller and I will be back."

- "This apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Clara met us on arrival and was very kind and helpful. We particularly liked having a washing machine as we hiked several km each day. It’s right next to the beach and the owner provided a couple beach towels that were very helpful. You could not possibly eat at all of the restaurants nearby, even if you stayed a month. Several, small grocery stores nearby were available to pick up items for our breakfasts. The room was clean and well equipped. The view to the sea is somewhat limited but accurately shown in the photos. The location is quiet and quite safe. We never used a car during our 10 days, as hiking was very accessible from the apartment. My only suggestions would be to simplify the location information for check in. The entrance is between Nunu restaurant and Tramauntana Tours. It is easier for those not familiar, to use these locations as a landmark than using only the address. I would also recommend including softer pillows as an option for those people who cannot sleep on a firm pillow. Overall I recommend this location."

The large picture-windows in the main living area let in lots of natural light and offer amazing mountain and town views. This is an upstairs unit (not handicapped accessible) with some of the host family living below -- could sometimes hear folks downstairs, but never a bother. The wifi worked quite well (far better than we had in Barcelona!). The gardens below are so well and lovingly maintained. Parking was convenient. There is a little bit of a walk into town, which we quite enjoyed, and is a worthwhile tradeoff for the privacy, fresh air and views. Proximity to many walking/hiking trails was also a plus for us. We never did find the laundry/washer (but we didn't ask about it either)."

El Aviario is a compact and tranquil one bedroom apartment situated in the Tramuntana mountain range, 15 minutes up a winding mountain pass with hairpin bends from the beautiful city of Soller and its surrounding villages and 25 minutes from Palma. The apartment consists of a double bedroom with plenty of storage, a living area with a sofa , dining facilities and aircon, a kitchenette with fridge, microwave and hob and a shower room.

The space
The apartment is over 140 years old with lots of character and has its own entrance, it also has an outside private terrace area with views of the Tramuntana mountain range. There is also use of the pool and the garden area where you can relax and enjoy the birdsong.
Due to the steps, terrain and low door access it is not suitable for children under 13 years of age or infirm people.
A car is highly recommended due to the remote location.

To go down to the beach, there is a path from the community, it starts from the very bottom of the community. You can reach the beach in 15 minutes walking.

Idyllic property 3 minutes walk from the beach and the Port of Sóller with a long private terrace and garden where you can enjoy the sun throughout the day.
The property has a living room along with its kitchen with lots of light, going down some stairs you can access the main room. It has a very nice and very well-equipped bathroom.

Perfect property to spend a vacation in the Port of Sóller, in a very intimate and quiet place. You can park for free with a small car.

The space
In general, the property is very well equipped as during your stay you can have free Internet access (wifi), satellite television (international channels), free private parking, bath towels, beach and bed linen.
We think it is the perfect property for a couple vacation (we also have equipment for a baby). The advantage of this property is that it is very central with supermarkets and shops just minutes away, but at the same time it is located in a very quiet street and nothing noisy. The bus and taxi stop is 2 minutes away.
