This beautiful and modern 78 sqm apartment is located above the bay of Port de Soller. Restaurants and the beach can be reached on foot in about 10-15 minutes. An extensive renovation was carried out in 2024. We have completely redesigned the bathroom and equipped it with a walk-in shower and infrared heating for the cooler days. The large living room has a new look with a modern new sofa and new decoration. Both bedrooms and the living room now have hot/cold air conditioning and ensure a pleasant living environment.
The two separate bedrooms have a double bed (160x200) and two single beds (90x200). There is a washing machine in the bathroom. The beautiful white kitchen is open plan with a large refrigerator and oven. Of course, we provide you with fast fiber optic internet free of charge. Enjoy the view of the mountains and the bay from the covered balcony (loggia) or spend time at our large communal pool, which is equipped with loungers and seating. It is a small residential community with a total of only 10 residential units. We offer our apartment for rent in summer and winter due to the air conditioning and infrared heating.

Good to know: Our apartment is on the side of the bay that can be easily reached by bus. Bus stop and several small supermarkets are within walking distance!

Unit is located a few flights of stairs down from the car so carrying bags could be difficult for people with mobility issues but was fine for us. Layout of unit was great with 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Finding unit was easy using our google maps. Host was very good in responding and we enjoyed an overall great stay."

Can't say enough about the patio, we had our coffee, wine and all meals out there. No bugs, beautiful view and private. Our flight in was delayed and the owner was very accommodating and communication was good. We needed hand soap and more toilet paper than was provided so I would just recommend when you buy initial groceries, add those to your list. Again, overall an amazing stay. Puerto de Soller: it is a coastal city in the northwest of Mallorca, only about 5 kilometers from Sóller. Its bright location in an almost circular bay, protected by rocks on both sides of the passage to the sea. Today you can find excursion boats, yachts and sailboats. Every afternoon at 5 p.m. fishermen arrive at Puerto de Sóller with some of their catches still alive.

This beautiful one room loft (48 sqm) in Port de Sóller was extensively renovated. The quiet hillside location guarantees a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and partly of the harbor. The new open plan design offers lots of light. The loft is equipped with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 meters) and and a sofa. The living area has been completely redesigned and now includes a comfortable corner couch and a wide screen TV with international channels.
The bright open kitchen (fully equipped) has a 3-ring ceramic hob, microwave and washing machine. The new bathroom with window and large shower has plenty of space. The absolute highlight of this smal loft is the 20 sqm terrace. Since this terrace has a lot of sun both in winter and summer, there is an awning, table and
chairs and sun loungers. The harbor promenade of Port de Sóller is within walking distance (15 min). The view from the terrace – is just a delight; breakfast times easily extend or you can enjoy the evening at sunset with a good Mallorcan wine. Of course, our beautiful apartment has air conditioning (heat and cold) and a rapid fiber internet connection (D100/U100). Hiking trails start just around the corner.

- "This apartment offers a wonderful stay in Port de Soller. The highlight being a spacious balcony with stunning views of the resort and mountains. Everything is provided and Andrea is a wonderful host, who provides all the information you need to enjoy your stay, and who is available to contact anytime. The apartment has good air con, wi-fi and storage space. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen area is small but has everything you need. There was nothing that was lacking during our stay. As others have mentioned, the apartment is at the top of a steep hill with steps to get up or down from it. Unless you are fit and able, this might be a problem. The benefit of this is the view from the balcony, plus the peace and quiet it affords. The centre of the resort, bus stand and taxi rank is no more than around 15 minutes' walk. Usually, if you're going into town, you walk down the apartment block steps to a 30-40 metre path (with more steps), which leads you to the street below from which you can walk into town. If you hire a car, parking spaces on the street above might prove a little difficult, but there looked to be plenty of spaces on the street."

- "This was my third stay at this property, so you can guess I like it. It is located very close to the beach and all the restaurants, bars and beach side facilities. I have a slight walking difficulty so this is important to me when booking a holiday. The property is located on the 2nd floor but there is a lift, although there are a few steps (approximately 6) to reach the lift, not a problem for me. The apartment is very well equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms and the lounge diner, essential as I stayed during the recent heatwave. The kitchen is also very well equipped and would well serve a family who wished to self cater. Personally I prefer to eat out so I have not used the kitchen facilities. I did however, make use of the washing machine as I was staying for 11 days and I do like to travel light. There is also a TV which receives UK channels but I was out and about every day so this was not used very often. I did use it to listen to UK radio on some mornings and also I watched the British F1 Grand Prix, being an F1 fan. The bed in the main bedroom is comfortable and has its own en suite with an excellent shower. Plenty of storage and good supply of towels. The property doesn’t have its own parking but there is a large pay car park right opposite, however, when I stayed in early July the car park filled up very quickly. Overnight there was plenty of space and I believe it’s free after 7pm but do check the signs. I love Port Soller and I will be back."
