You need to ask for toilet paper fresh towels wherever you manage to see the cleaner etc. Nothing in the apartment sweep the floors with if you bring sand from the beach. The acoustics are terrible in the building /apartments. Can hear neighbours very easily and throughout your own apartment it's very echoey. Beds not very comfortable. Pool area was ok. Small but ok. Water was getting dirty/cloudy very quickly and I only saw it being cleaned once during our stay. There is a bar and drinks are very cheap and coffee very nice. Location was perfect with shops and restaurants very nearby. Beach is only few minutes walk away. "

The apartment is situated in Sa Coma, on the east coast of Mallorca , 1hr drive from Palma. It is in a quiet area of Sa Coma but is only 15 minute walk to the beach. In Sa Coma there are the many shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets to cater for your every need. Sa Coma boasts one of the most beautiful sandy beaches. Also close by there are golf courses, horse riding facilities, cycling tours and there is the scenic ''Punta de n'amer' nature reserve headland for walking through the woods and along the trails. At the end there is a 17th century Castle watch tower and a bar to have a drink after the walk ! It is only a 5 minutes drive away from the more lively resorts of Cala Millor and Porto Cristo, and the lovely harbour resort Cala Bona, also the fishing village S'illot with good restaurants and bars is in walking distance. There is a tourist train or local bus that can take you to the nearby towns. Son Servera is a traditional Spanish town with a weekly market.

Jayne is a very nice host, the communication was easy and efficient." - "This is a spacious, comfy, well equipped, quiet, one bed apartment situated on a small complex about 10 - 15 minutes walk from Sa Coma town centre & beach. The photo with the twin pools is exactly what you see from the balcony. There is a convenience store, which does delicious pastries, within a couple of minutes walk and an excellent traditional restaurant / bar within 5 minutes walk. All the equipment worked fine (washing machine, hob, oven, coffee maker etc..), there were enough items of crockery, glasses, pans etc.., plenty of hot water (flash heater not thermal storage), the shower was powerful and the wifi supported a 'Teams' meeting (with screen sharing /video link) with no buffering (sad when you can't escape work even on holiday). In addition, the property manager was fantastic - plenty of contact before arrival, available via WhatsApp while we were there, was flexible with a late arrival when we had issues with our car hire pick-up and even looked into alternative hirers for us. The only caveat is that if someone has limited mobility (it is mentioned in the property description) the apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is no lift (the stairs are wide and well lit though). If we return to this area of Mallorca we would certainly look to rent this property again."

You have two entrance options to the apartment, once with an extra door through the garden as well as through the main entrance of apartment complex.

The apartment has two large separate, partly newly furnished bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with new ceramic hob, oven and extract. Large cozy dining / living room has direct access to the conservatory.
This spacious glass cupola / conservatory is equipped with a comfortable seating area and air conditioning. Sliding door leads to the cozy garden with terrace, loungers and awning. You can spend a restful and quiet time here.
Also for toddlers is taken care of: we ask the baby travel bed with skin-friendly sheets and high chair on your request.

Sa Coma is one of the large beaches in east mallorca, it is very quiet, it is 800 meters long and its waters do not cover up to about 20 meters from the shore, so it is ideal to go with children, since they can play quietly.

We are in Manacor, located about 15km, close enough just in case you need us.

Close to the natural area of Punta de nAmer, a protected area where you can go for a walk.

In Sa Coma we find an area where you can rent horses for a horseback ride through the protected area known as Sa Punta de n'Amer, to the Castell.

There is also a small Safari, as well as pool areas with slides in hotel complexes that you can hire individually for a day of fun.
