Do you want a two-storey penthouse in the port of Mahón with an incredible view of the sea and the Island of Pinto right in front of your terrace with direct access from the elevator to the car and motorcycle garage?

The house is accessed through the third floor where we find the spacious living room open to the terrace, the kitchen from where you can also enjoy the sea views and a room with a queen size bed and a full bathroom with its small terrace.

Going down to the second floor by internal stairs or through the elevator, we have a room equipped with a queen size bed and a double room with two single beds with a shared bathroom for both rooms.

Air conditioning, hot and cold, in all rooms of the house.

As you will have neighbors downstairs, please do not be too noisy as it is a small and familiar building in which we must all respect each other.

Being in the port area is wonderful, as less than 5 minutes walk on the right side of the apartment you will find all the terraces and restaurants by the sea and a pleasant and fun atmosphere. If you decide to turn left, in less than 2 minutes you will find the Rambla Marina that allows you to access the old area of Mahón for sightseeing, shopping or having lunch in delicious restaurants.

The airport is a 15-minute drive from the apartment, a hypermarket like Mercadona a 5-minute drive, or a magnificent beach less than 15 minutes from the center of Mahón.

Best decision I’ve made in a long time and had an amazing week staying in the heart of Mahon Alvaro met us at property after shortest airport transfer perhaps in the world? After countless years of searching for parking spots in Mahon it made me smile every time I’ve saved the best for last .. the view from the roof terrace defies anything I can write , it is quite simply your own portal into island life … each morning I would sip my coffee and watch the comings and going’s of the boats, the people and the ships, at night I’d watch a burnt orange sun descending directly to my left … it is mesmerising and addictive If you want authentic ‘Anthony Bourdain’ experience and be immersed in Menorca’s culture and people this it.
