- "About the La Perla Negra (LPN)... it´s NOT a 3-star hotel. At leat not more than 2-star. LPN is a part of Hostel Alcina, about 100meters walk from LPN where the reception, check in/out is and the wifi. The staff in Hotel Alcina is not very service minded. LPN have basic spacy apartments. Nice with two bathrooms connected to the bedrooms. The pool area is very nice opened 11:00-20:00, also with a childrenspool. nice balconys towards the poolarea Unfortunatly during our stay we hade groups of young german boys drinking hardcore. And... the hotel is old and a lot of things has been broken and repaired badly. we had three chairs at our balcony, and three of them were broken. we were missing some kitchen equipment, like a breadknife and a winebottle opener. Cleaning was quite bad and only mondays and fridays. There are no aircondition, but a fan can be borrowed at Alcina."

There is different supermarkets Lidl, Mercadona, Eroski, 5 min by car or 20 min walking, but there is close to the apartment also a lot of "Spar" and other small food shops. Charming apartment for 2 persons in Cala Lliteras, a residential area located in the well-known village of Cala Ratjada in the northeast of the island.

It´s an ideal accomodation for a romantic escape. There are only 50 square meters, but the rooms are quite spacious and bright. The views are impressive, both from the terrace as also from the bedroom.

There are air conditioner in the living - diningroom and in the bedroom. This has 2 single beds of 0,90 x 2,00 mts. They can be put together or left it individually for two persons who aren´t a couple.

To enjoy, there´s offered a communal pool and two loungers which are exclusive for our guests.



Cala Lliteras belongs to Cala Ratjada, a town which offers countless paradisiacal beaches that have nothing to envy of the Caribbean beaches.

Cala Agulla is a beautiful beach with white sand and a turquoise sea just 900 mts away.

Scuba diving lovers are lucky, because the Cala Es Meró is nearby, it´s very famous for practicing this sport.

However, the whole area is full of lovely bays, the well-known as Cala Gat or Cala Torta, but also others that are less-well known and therefore not so crowded.

Of 180 m2 of housing and 400 m2 of plot, the ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, utility room and a toilet. As well as a living room with large windows from where you can contemplate the beautiful views of the bay. And from there, access to a large terrace with 4 hammocks, table and chairs for 6 people, parasol and pool (dimensions 5x3, depth max 2m) where to enjoy a beautiful and relaxing sunset.

- "The property was exactly as advertised and provided for a wonderful stay in Cala Rajada. We were three adult women and we each had our own bedroom with 2.5 bathrooms to share. The kitchen was well appointed - plenty of appliances, serving dishes, etc. (even a fondue pot!). The dishwasher and washer/dryer worked well. We used the outdoor space a lot. There is a outdoor dining table outside the living room and four lounge chairs next to the pool. There is a shower next to the pool and faucets right outside the living room door to shower off any sand before coming inside. The third floor terrace was also delightful. It has four lounge chairs and its own shower too. We walked to shops for groceries, beach gear, and water. There were umbrellas for the outdoor dining table and beach. Parking was on the street just outside the property, and we never had trouble finding a space. Great vacation overall, would definitely recommend!"
