- "Simple EXCELLENT!!" - "I stayed at the property at the end of May 2024 with a half board package. It was easy to find the hotel and they have additional off road parking that you may use if coming by car. The restaurant had great breakfasts and it lovely that the dinner options mostly rotated every evening, with fresh fish fillets and veggies being served every evening. The food quality was to a high standard. As a note, men are required to wear trousers for dinner to be allowed access into the restaurant. The staff were wonderful and were always helpful where required. The hotel room is a bit outdated but the room was very clean. The other facilities at the hotel were lovely, spa, sauna and steam rooms, pool and the lunch restaurant. The staff and guests cater to a lot of German tourists and as noted in a previous review, you may see a bit of nudity from other guests on their balconies. "

- "Perfect " - "Just back from our stay in Hotel Cala Lliteres. Very enjoyable and food was excellent. Staff were great and always greeted you with a smile. Had some reservations about Cala Ratjada being a predominantly German resort, which is true but as Brits we were warmly welcomed everywhere. Cala Ratjada definitely worth a visit and we'd certainly recommend Hotel Cala Lliteres." - "Staff were welcoming and friendly and reception spoke good English and other languages. the hotel has beautiful views, it overlooks the sea and mountains. It is very close to quite a few beaches, all within walking distance. It is also close to the town and literally a couple of minutes away from a mini supermarket. You could use the hotel, up the road, gym and spa facilities too. Food was very good, could not fault it. Even though it was a buffet, they changed it everyday. We chose half board so we had a bit of flexibility if we wanted to eat out, we could swap our dinner one evening to eat at lunch which meant we could go out for dinner in the evening. Overall I rated this hotel as excellent, especially for the price! Would definitely stay here again."

- "Fabulous hotel with some of the most hardworking and wonderful staff. I was a little apprehensive when I arrived as the sunbed area is restricted and backs directly onto the promenade but I needn’t had worried. There was always plenty of space and a wonderful atmosphere. Felt very comfortable as a solo traveller. All the staff were so kind and accommodating. Spain offers very good value for money for Brits at the moment and hotel and resort do not disappoint on value for money for mid hotel costs. This hotel caters to a large German visitor base, so everything is in German and got are greeted in German by reception staff which is a little weird if you're not German like us. Good variety at breakfast however, we could hear chairs scraping across the floor below is from early morning as the breakfast room filled up (our suite room was directly above the breakfast room) so this didn't make for a relaxing lie-in. Loud voices also carried into the room from the hallway from early morning. The central cleanliness of the hotel was of a high standard but our room wasn't serviced once in the 3 days we stayed, meaning the floors and towels were dirty. "

- "About the La Perla Negra (LPN)... it´s NOT a 3-star hotel. At leat not more than 2-star. LPN is a part of Hostel Alcina, about 100meters walk from LPN where the reception, check in/out is and the wifi. The staff in Hotel Alcina is not very service minded. LPN have basic spacy apartments. Nice with two bathrooms connected to the bedrooms. The pool area is very nice opened 11:00-20:00, also with a childrenspool. nice balconys towards the poolarea Unfortunatly during our stay we hade groups of young german boys drinking hardcore. And... the hotel is old and a lot of things has been broken and repaired badly. we had three chairs at our balcony, and three of them were broken. we were missing some kitchen equipment, like a breadknife and a winebottle opener. Cleaning was quite bad and only mondays and fridays. There are no aircondition, but a fan can be borrowed at Alcina."

The only problem some young people resident who was very very very rude and noisy." - "We chose the Guya Wave Hotel because it was mid town between the beaches so we could change our scene daily. The hotel is modern looking with nearly all the users being German and of those a high percentage were average aged 20. Our time at the hotel was very enjoyable till the weekend approached and the noise level at night became in issue inside and outside the hotel. Sorry but kicking and banging doors in an attempt to wake up drunk room members at 4am was all a bit too much for me to consider using the hotel again in the future."
