- "Had a number of family trips to Menorca and has always promised ourselves a stay at this adults only hotel. Wow, worth the wait, fantastic room with a balcony and harbour views, room comes with a fridge and a kettle with coffee machine. Large walk in shower. Staff were brilliant, very attentive, breakfast was very good, we didn’t eat there in the evenings as we wanted to try diffemrt restaurants along the harbour. Parking is a bit hit and miss but we always managed to park close to the entrance. Would highly recommend this place for a couples get away."

The apartment itself was huge, with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, a large kitchen and dining area with loads of useful equipment for comfort and convenience. Would return in a heartbeat. Secure underground parking is available for 10 euros per day, however this was not required as there is ample, free on-street parking available. We had a 1 bedroom apartment, with lounge and kitchenette, large bathroom - it was spacious, comfy bed and though the decor felt a little dated the whole hotel was immaculately clean and our apartment serviced every day. All the staff really friendly and helpful, restaurant team welcoming and the breakfast plentiful, though a bit predictable. Pool area is beautiful different depths, gardens well laid out with plenty of loungers which looked new (no fighting for sunbeds!). No loud music playing, which was fab. - "Hotel and bar staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Property itself was very peaceful for the most part and not crowded. The apartment was big enough for 2 people. The only downside is the cleaners started at 8:30am each morning so you could hear a huge amount of noise from early hours, even with noise cancelling headphones! Constant furniture moving, slamming doors and dragging carts around. They came in and woke us us up for the last two mornings. On the final morning, check out was 11am but the cleaners came in at 8:30am so I asked them to come back later after check out. They then came again at 9:10am and told them again to please come back after check out. I’m not sure why they don’t come later in the morning after people have gotten ready, had breakfast and gone out for the day, around 10am maybe, especially considering we were self-catering. Overall though the experience was nice, a great selection of drinks at the bar and a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere other than the disturbed sleep. The phone in the room also did not work at they got my name wrong so I couldn’t log into the wifi but minor issues. "

Having arrived later in the the evening it was not that obvious and we didn’t want the hastle of having to move rooms once unpacked. The big tree in front of appartement 208 takes all the light away. Disappointed that they did not take notice of request. Secondly , just need to be aware that certain nationalities use the sauna naked and on one occasion a male proceeded to walk around the pool naked in the spa area. The mattresses are not the best quality either, my husband had back ache after a couple of days. However, the complex overall is really clean and nicely laid out, a nice clientele and the food served at lunchtime is good quality and good value as are the prices of drinks."

- "Miy bien repetiremos **********" - "Lovely pools. Cold in 2nd half of September though. Wear insect repellent as midges aren't obvious and bite! Minimart both expensive and understocked. Nearest excellent supermarket is Diskont, 15 mins walk away but well worth it to stock up and make your own breakfasts as breakfasts in resort are expensive at 12€ pp. There is also a nice café outside this supermarket. Table tennis disappointing as borrowers of bats and balls didn't return to Reception after use so we couldn't play! Food not served from pool bar in evening after 3pm, which caught us out but there are a couple of beach bars on adjacent beach. The buffet restaurant we used once but set price doesn’t include any drinks. It was okay but appreciated the good bus service which is more frequent on weekdays than weekends, so plan around that if you don't have a car, which we didn't. No kettle so glad I brought my drinks heater. "

- "Everything and everyone was just perfect top class" - "Stayed in a first floor junior suite which was very comfortable and with it's own large balcony. Lovely bathroom, always lots of hot water and soft towels. We stayed for nine nights and sheets were changed every third day." - "This Hotel Rural, although in the countryside, was very convenient in that it only took 10 minutes by car to drive to Ciutadella which is a beautiful town with a panoramic port lined with restaurants. It was also very handy to drive back to the main roads visit other places around the island. The breakfasts were super with a wide variety of food to choose from including fresh fruit (even prickly pear). The evening meals were also good but as we did not wish to stay half board as part of our holiday is experiencing eating out in the evenings, of the times we did eat in, it was the same menu each evening. Those on half board had a different menu which may have changed throughout the week. The swimming pool was very welcoming with plenty of places to relax close by. We would certainly like to return sometime."
